EBT was down for awhile only one register was working May every couple months we go to this 711 other then that we go to the one on Sahara and Arville much more clean

Alex has the best customer service every visit. He is always telling me about new products that he knows I'm going to try out. He definitely knows his customers!

Pure Trash!! You don't do cash back and machines outdated!! My friend also had issues with customer service and getting a pizza!! You need a new owner or something. What 7eleven has no cash back and machines from the 80s?? Missing money buddy

This place is a combination platter, and some of the items on the platter are poor customer service and old, dried-out hot dogs spinning on the warming rack. The rest of the platter consists of overpriced cans of beer and employees with open wounds on their arms. A true epicurean Renaissance, open for your shopping pleasure, 24 hours per day.

I'd rather come to this location than the one on valley view/pennwood. Not the best customer service but it's always in and out. Hardly any lines.

I am customer that visit the store about 2-3 times a week and the customer service is so bad. They kept on lying to me that the oven wasn't working so they wouldn't have to make the food for me. The morning shift is really bad but the afternoon shift is amazing and they care about the customer and do there best to give good customer service. And there have been many occasions when there would be a long line and the cashier would be on his or her phone.(This only happened during morning shift)

On 07-16-23. 11 pm. I was got in this gas station (Sahara and Arvil) trying to get 2 jars of milk. When I got the milk, went to the cashier, the cashier started talking. I was thinking that he might talked on the phone or himself. Until I heard he said: I don't care you are going to tell my manager, you just go, get out of here. (I still not sure he talked to me) (I already finished paid by the credit card and grabbed 2 jars of milk start leaving) that he makes me turn my head to him, and he keep saying: go, go. I didn't say a word. But I never seen anyone like that rude. I was keep thinking that he might had bad passes when he grows up! But when I think about if he treats next customer with the same rude manner. That would happen to next customer. I just feel I'm not welcome to that shopI. If so, I won't go there again!

There's needs to be negative stars on here. Staff is horrible, and lazy managers always have an attitude and always say she doesn't know how to fill or change anything.

Would give zero stars if could you all need to get better worker they are rude to people yell at customer and make they own prices this place is so nasty and smell like pee I only go there if I have to other then that I go to the other 711

Since the staff changed the employees have been rude especially the girl with the hearing aid and red hair she’s awful customer service sucks keeps an attitude and always have a smart remark new employees doesn’t know how to use register and doesn’t know how to deduct points for free items Pizza is always burnt chicken not never done I’m just over this store I use to enjoy coming and seeing the people and work place the entire atmosphere has totally went down bad customer service then the manager had the nerve to ask me if I paid for my $5 chicken wings when I’ve been coming to this store almost everyday since august I’m just applaud hurt my little feelings

Horrible the cashier's need to give the correct change I got to Gatorades for 5 dollars I gave him a 100 dollar bill how is he gonna give me 85 back then when I tell him about it he then gave me 90 back so I tell him again and be he counts it behind the register like I'm not paying attention and then he tries to give me 93 then 94 and I tell him I need one more dollar cause my total was 5 dollars I gave him a hundred c'mon anyone who can do math knows what's 100 minus 5?
