All of a sudden the employees are rude to my husband. We always spend money. Thursday thru monday we spend every day. Never treated the staff with disrespect, never stolen or destroyed anything. We both have jobs and money that we spend but you want to treat him like a vagrant so now we wont spend money here unless its the only option. Been shopping here for 3 yrs. More so in the last 2 and the new employees have made sure you lost our regular business.
Update 8/22/25
We decided to go in last night and the guy running the counter was absolutely awful. I will not spend money in that store if he's in there. I am going to speak to someone about his behavior if I ever see anyone who looks like they know what they are doing but they are just hiring the worst people now. Ill keep giving my money to other 711 franchises.

Could be a way better location if the cashiers quit trying to stalk people when they come into the store to shop they always think someone trying to steal when people come into their store especially black folks

Probably the cleanest 7 11 I've ever been in!! The floors looked like glass..and the shelves were stocked to the brim..everything full and in it's place..DEF 2 thumbs up!!

7 Eleven Bonanza Rd and Eastern. This is a WARNING ⚠️.. This store is ripping the community off! Everything in this 7 Eleven is priced $2 more than other stores. Exsample..Two 8oz. Mountain Dew Sodas for $4 is listed on the beverages cooler. The Sale is in BOLD WHITE with a picture of the #2 Sodas for $4. Myself and another customer want to purchase the sell Sodas. We get to the register to pay and BOOM!!! ? $7.89!!! WAIT! WHAT!... the sign says 2 for $4. I immediately walk back to the cooler and show one of the employees the sale quoted. That's when he all of a sudden didn't speak English he points to the cashier who rang the Sodas up, and they began to speak in their language as if they didn't speak English ?. Let me add these guy's was speaking English perfectly fine when we walked in the store. HOWEVER... The customers in the store all started to become upset because it was very clear they were ripping the customers off!...These guys of Indian decent knew (Store Employees).. began to tell the customers the Sodas was only .50 cent off per bottle. One individual 8oz soda is $3.69.
It was so Chaotic, in the store with the customers noticing noticing.They were being ripped off that I didn't record. But I promise I will prove that this particular seventy eleven is ripping the customers off in the community and it wasn't just the sodas . I will come back with a video because this needs to be shared so that people will not be ripped off.

By far the most expensive 7 11 I been to in my entire life. I suspect that those are not the store prices but the employees prices if you know what I mean.

This place should be closed everything‘s overpriced, disgusting, dirty store and employees with attitudes. You would think over pricing everybody. You would at least have a smile on your face instead of a freaking attitude, blower your profit margins a little bit. If you’re gonna have a dirtbag store

One of the females at this store location tried to start a citation with me,I walked in the store,she ordered me to get out.I asked her why but she wouldn't say.She just kept ordering me to leave.I argued back,No.We went back and forth a few times until finally she gave in and let me get what I came to buy in store.I did not like that!
