My husband came in to get snacks and drinks. He had expensive bikes with him and inquired if he could bring them in so they would not get stolen, since there was already a bicycle inside the store. The owner of the bike threatened my husband and his friend, paying patrons, with his bike lock. The cashier with the dark hair, working 11/25/23 at 7:31pm kicked the paying patrons out and brought the intoxicated instigator into the store. It seems they knew each other quite well. This was very poorly handled by the staff. The staff never should have allowed a paying patron to be threatened and allow a drug addict to remain at the establishment. This is dangerous for the public and bad for business. I’ll be notifying the corporate office of the disturbing events which took place and we will not be returning to our local corner 7-11 again.

Not answering the phone when the ladies that work there just stand around all day is CRAZY! Just lazy and being paid to do nothing. Start answering your phones!!!!

I have been trying to call this store for two days in a row due to it being far away from my house. I live on the Southside and had to stop by there while I was working. I've made a payment of $303.99 through pay near me on 6/28/2023, today is July,9,2023 and my payment have not gone through. I have contacted my bank and they have no proof of the confirmation that was provided to me on the receipt In The system. I am still trying to get ahold of management and no one had picked up the phone since yesterday. Is there another phone number I can reach this location?

Depending on the time of day or shift that you enter the store, it usually gets extremely busy (especially if its the morning shift and the swing shift). Word of warning though: BEWARE of certain cashiers that are working the counter in the morning shift (7am-3 pm), certain days of the week during the graveyard shift (11pm-7am) when there's only a single cashier working, and certain days of the week during the swing shift (3pm-11pm) for those certain employees seriously have very terrible customer service skills, are very prejudice, and very disrespectful to a certain "group" of patrons during their shift. Obvious they hate their job and take their frustrations out on their customers. Other than that, their location is convenient, and besides their busy rush hour lines during certain times of the first two shifts, usually gets out in a timely fashion, are very professional, have great and helpful customer service, but still would recommend coming over here to this convenience store since it is at least open 24/7. Well done!

Hypocritical to constantly tell customers "you need a mask" when there is a subset of employees who never wear one in the same establishment (not working at this moment, but that should not matter)

Went here about 30 mnts ago just wanting a morning coffee go to the app it says I can redeem some point a coffee or a packaged donut. I choose the donut and went to buy the coffee low and behold the app redeems the points but when the guy scans the donut it doesn't come off instead of saying let me fix it some way this old hag working there stated if it doesn't redeem I can't give it to you but the guy clearly saw it pulled all my points for the donut. She was acting like someone was trying to steal a 1. Donut like it ain't that serious all this showed me is 7-11 trying to scam you and get you to spend more money maybe they thought I would just go ahead and pay for it after the countless drinks I been buying there I left there donut and there coffee which they had to throw in the garbage so there lost not mind. And I won't frequent that location again and 7-11 needs to give me back my un redeemed points they took for there lousy business and customer service I noticed they always hiring the worse of the worse people to work for them.

If I could give no stars I would, this store constantly has some issue with the register or card reader, then they take the money off your card and claim to put it back once they have swiped it and charged you. When you bring the issue and show no you didn't, they go back to talk that 1st grade education having a** manager who is too much of a p**** to tell you herself that her dumbass employee f up and you have to call your bank. Oh but she loves to walk around and talk and act black and try to be all hood with her 70yr old looking a*** Instead of playing in ppl face learn how to do your job correctly so you and your employees can stop locking up ppls cards.
