Early this morning staff Edward was very rude… at this location….I was standing by the hotdog window try trying to get his attention but he was to busy on his phone. Called him a couple of times until finally he turns around as I asked him for the 3 roller special… and he just straight up just said no and continued with his phone so I went to the cashier and was going to pitchy my drinks and told him he didn’t have to be rude and could of said sorry they are not ready yet. But after that he says you wanna say I’m rude… I’ll be rude not serving you and tells me to leave..all because I intern his time with phone.. I hope management can go back to the video and watch this

Flavored coffee machines didn't work 2/5 only worked and 1 was flavorless. I asked if they had anything going on for Veterans Day and they said not that they knew. Later found out we get a free coffee with our rewards but I had to pay for mine so if you're looking for your Veterans Day goodies don't go there!!

I got tickets for my greyhound bus from here and I never received a confirmation email, I waited two hours to see if it would pop up even contacted customer service , I had to try to get a refund from them by emailing, who knows when they will get back to me. I contacted them way before the bus came and it never came. The lady working there was acting like she couldn’t help me at all saying it was 3rd party, but I paid cash and I had my receipt there’s no way I couldn’t get my money back like I know you guys can give it back you just act like you don’t know what you’re doing.

As soon as I arrived here, GoogleMaps asked me if 7-Eleven sells transmission fluid here, so I checked, and didn’t see any, then I asked the cashier who greeted me while she was stocking merchandise in the concession section, and she said if I didn’t see any - they may be sold out of it; my observation was that they don’t sell it, because there were no labels for it in the automotive section. While reading labels to see if I was missing something - I noticed automotive items were mislabeled, and shuffled around, so I shot pictures showing how I found the shelves disorganized, then I placed items in their correct place, and re-shot them. Coolant, windshield cleaner fluid, battery booster cables, and 2-gallon gas cans were all mislabeled before I put them into their correct place with accurate pricing displayed beneath them. I overheard 2 employees talking about me taking pictures, and after I finished - I explained why I did what I did; the lady said sometimes customers shuffle things around incorrectly, and I explained that although the merchandise was out of place - it seemed organized (like an employee put those things in the wrong place), but that I arranged everything in its correct place (for them), and was going to upload the pictures I shout to Google Maps. The lady said customers frequently tell her that Google Maps shows this location as having Western Union; however, they do NOT; I told her I’d include that information in my review.I came today to withdraw cash from the ATM machine and was pleasantly surprised that the machine worked/ functioned properly, allowing me to withdraw the cash I needed to buy gas at a different fuel station with more competitive pricing; the receipt was texted to my phone, and I left mostly satisfied with my experience - with the exception of the vague answer I was given by the employee about transmission fluid, and then being talked about by the same person - loud enough for me to hear; it’s not personal - rather, a matter-of-fact.

Hi,I was at the gas station yesterday 6/18/23 and put my wallet on the car roof while I pump the gas. I forgot to bring it inside the car and it might dropped somewhere when I drive off. I have all my ID inside and just wanna know if anyone turn in the black wallet. Thank you and appreciate it
