I got yelled at and told I couldn't load money onto my cash app past 2
It was 2.13 pm I went to the 7-Eleven literally down the street and they loaded it at 2:30 pm with no issue. It's probably the worst store in Las Vegas. I've been in a few times. It's always dirty. They've had the same people working there for years and they've always had an attitude. Literally just drive down the street to the other store. Don't come into this location.

I just walked in and some gentlemen let me go ahead of him. The cashier Ashley got upset like I cut in line. Very rude! Then I didn't see anything regarding no cash back. She yelled at me infont of a full crowd of customers. 1st of all I went there to get coffee because I worked a late shift and have had only 3 hours sleep and now need to go back to work. The only thing on my mind was getting coffee. 1st of all to be yelled at by an assistant manager is very poor customer service. I go there all the time. I'm sure I spend more in there then her paycheck. She has no right to be in customer service and I'd like to speak to the owner regarding this. No reason to yell at a customer, there is more professional ways to deal with a customer if they are 1/2 asleep and make a mistake. Seriously worst customer service I've ever had in 55 years.

Went to this store early in the morning and it was closed for 10 mins while the worker was standing at the cashier and ignoring me. They didn’t open the door for me but they opened it for one other their friends. This was really upsetting.

The most unprofessional, ghetto 7-Eleven I have ever seen in my life. There is no saving this place, every single employee and manager needs to get fired and replaced. Horrible customer service, rude attendants. Tear this place down.

One of your staff (white lady with tattoos on her chest) had decided to essentially allow another customer to cut in line in front of me, and did not bother to say anything until I had spoken up. It’s one thing for a customer to be rude and disrespectful to another customer but it’s another thing for a staff member to not ask a customer to get back in line and not do their job. People have work to do and it’s extremely disrespectful and unprofessional as a store to allow this kind of behavior. I typically come here on a regular basis every morning either to buy gas or buy water. I will no longer be coming to this establishment. I recommend others to do the same because the staff is disrespectful and lazy and allows people to do whatever they want.

Sherri was the MOST RUDE HUMAN I HAVE EVER MET. I was sold a bad pizza and I called to let them know and everyone is active confused and stupid when I showed up after the manager Robert told me they would replace it. Today Sherri was so rude and disrespectful.

It is a place where you can fill up with gas ⛽️ for your car and also ? you can find d3 everything up to hot coffee and fast food alcoholic drinks and glass and bottle sodas

The security is ridiculous here. They only allow a certain number of people in the store. I get that, this area is kinda ghetto. But they don't have to be so rude about it, in most cases, just plain insulting. The cashiers are just as bad. They honestly don't know what they're doing and I've heard them yell at people for no reason a number of times. Teach them some customer service

I mean when it was new it was the best. Now they do not make pizza after 5pm. Slushy machine are off always. And there is always a dam armed security guard that stairs you down the workers behind the desk no nothing but not right now to cook anything. The old white guy with glasses refused to do anything.
