Dont even have change for a 20? I was gonna gamble but if you can’t even provide change from a sale I surely don’t need to spend any additional $$$ here. Cash is legal tender for all debts public and private. Ps the cheeseburger bite is inedible. Hours and hours past it’s sell point

Lazy lazy lazy you walk in the new girls on her phone texting her family on Instagram doing anything but her job cold coffee not even half the pots are out to be worked on who manages this spot. Does anyone watch the cameras and just see your employees sitting around doing nothing.

James, the old employee is as lazy as can be. I feel sorry for the new employee angel that has to do all clinging and keeps making all the coffee to keep the customers happy at least 711 finally hired an employee at this location that does their job and smiles and friendly James if you got a piece of paper, maybe you could hand it to someone who writes and take some notes on how to do your job

Worst customer service everrrr!!!! Cashier “Ellie” was rude as hell!!! She needs to be fired! If she doesn’t like her job she should just quit!!! While I understand they may be under paid it’s her choice to work in customer service. I give her a negative 5 stars… I’m sure she won’t be working here long. Trash trash trash!!!!!🗑️

I used to visit this store every weekend to get my iced coffee and snacks. The staff there were always very nice and friendly to me and the other customers. However, it seems that management has changed, and now the staff are rude and lack of good customer service skills. The place is dirty, and on the two occasions I visited recently the two iced coffee machines were out of service. I stopped going there due to its cleanliness and the way I was treated. I won’t return while it is under current management.

ANGELA put my gas on wrong pump and laughed about it. She said there's nothing she can do about it. She smelled like Marijuana and red eyes.
I immediately cried and called 7-11 Corporate to file complaint and called my bank.

The most unfriendly 7 eleven I have ever been, I asked the BFA employee if they sell rechargeable credit cards or prepaid cards, and she said no and gave me that unwelcome look. If she doesn't like her job, then maybe she should just stay home.

This gas station does not function. The machines are unresponsive. One line was still full of gas and spewed all over the ground when I grabbed it.

Horrible attitude, since they change management that place becomes so horrible but can’t stop say that. Woman at the afternoon she has a Very horror attitude. Never come back to that crazy, nightmare place. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Today around 1:40-45, I went in to get a change for a $50 bill. I purchased a 99-cent donut, and AJ the cashier gave me 19 dollars back. I did not realize until I got home that she must have thought it was $20, and went back to the store within 30 minutes. I walked into the store, and the first employee I saw was London. I asked her if she could get her for me. She replies, “I don't know her”, with the worst attitude in the world. Why apply for a job like “7-11”, if you don't have basic customer service? Being rude to me for no reason just for asking a question, is crazy. I requested to speak with a manager, and she pointed to the back of the store to a gentleman named James. James/Brandon was able to review the tape and she handled/counted back money to me, but was unable to see if it was a $20 or $50. Was told to wait 24 hours for them to count the register. Which is fine, but I do not appreciate the way
I was treated about MY money. I was on the phone with my mom and was not paying attention, that is my fault, but still treat people the way you want to be treated. I would like my 30 dollars AJ/7-11. I did reach out to Corp regarding this matter. Thanks!

The gas pumps suck. They will never read a card… doesn’t matter if it’s debit or credit… it NEVER works on any of the pumps. I stop every once and awhile to see if it’s fixed and it’s been like this for years. I can’t believe that every other 7-11 has this figured out but this location cannot. They must lose an incredible amount of business bc of this. As soon as it says See Cashier… I just leave and go to the next gas station. Even the cashiers can’t understand why this is such an issue.
