My app is set to 5095 S. Decatur Blvd, this store never answers phones, they always either put in wrong items without getting in touch with customer or just blatantly leave items out and even sent me other people's whole orders instead of mine. It would be nice to be able to switch to a different store.

If I could give this store 1 million stars at one time I would I’m new to the store. I don’t know names. I know that there’s a young man that works at night at all black gentleman. I swear he never stop smiling he makes my day every time I come in, he always worries about me because I have health issues. He’s always going above and beyond to be so kind to me. There’s another young lady that works there. She’s got her hair and braids. She makes the pizza and does the cooking. She always goes above and beyond to make me feel loved so kind. I believe it’s the store manager very nice lady not one day goes by that I don’t see her that she doesn’t make me feel like they love you and care about you like your family everyone because of my health issues everyone try so hard to help me they help me grab my stuff. They help me carry my stuff outside even when I’m prideful and embarrassed, they do it anyway they do nothing but smile they just wanna make you happy. The store is always stocked. I never need to ask if they have something I guess my whole point is I had a bad experience at another 7-Eleven and it makes you appreciate the good people for those who give small stars to the store. Please don’t do that the store deserves so much more. They are the most wholesome loving people you will ever meet. I just wanted to say that I want the whole world to know that even just to go in there and buy a drink. These people will always remind you that you’re human and that you deserve a smile.

I forgot to look at the employees name tag because I had hungry kids in the car and a million things to do but this person was above and beyond-made my pizza fresh and quickly with utensils and red pepper/cheese packets. 5 stars. ⭐️ 1:00 pm on sunday

I went in there to do a money order. They said inside she’ll be right back however, after 10 minute of waiting they said she’s not able to do it because she’s doing some pepper at the back.

those sisters need to go, the one with the tattoos on her face smokes weed in a car outside and because her mean sister in a manager she gets away with it i reported them to 7/11 multiple times due to the unprofessional experiences. Ive seen so many good people quit because of the managers unprofessional nastiness. I try to pay at the pump for gas but when it wont work i refuse to go in the actual store. I used to get my babies daily school lunch every morning and since the sisters have been there I have now ruined something very special to me and my daughter, We absolutely loved having 7/11 in our morning routine we have done so at this location for years now when my baby asks we choose a different location due to these bully sisters. Do better 7/11! these girls do not need to run a business**********No one from the 7/11 team contacted me

This used to be my go-to store, I even worked there briefly. But there are a few cashiers there that make me choose to give other locations my business now. They always have a nasty attitude and make me extremely uncomfortable. I've watched them yell at customers (literally cussing them up and down because they got called out on their nasty attitude) and be hostile towards other co-workers. If you hate your job so much why do you continue to work there? I've had my money thrown in my hand more than once by their assistant store manager. There are two cashiers that work day shift who is wonderful, but the rest are nasty individuals. I know it makes no difference that I go elsewhere now but it's frustrating because it's literally 10 seconds from my house by car and I feel the need to shop elsewhere. I really think that these employees need to be terminated if they can't check themselves before clocking in. Don't bring your home life to work. If you don't like people then you're in the wrong line of employment. Enough said. I'll be calling the owners because I know the store manager won't do anything about it.
