By far one of the worst experiences this year, I was going to 7-Eleven to meet my ride, and when I arrived on foot, I peaked in the door to see if my friend was there inside the store because he was not outside the store, and I didn’t see him inside either, so I walked back outside, and And then, as I proceeded to walk back outside the cashier at the time followed Right behind me outside and proceeded to tell me to leave that I cannot be standing right there and i had to leave Immediately off property and was on the phone calling metro and then proceed to give them my description, although when I arrived at the store, there were two people standing and sitting on the side of the building and There were several people getting gas standing around at the pump area and as well people inside the store, just standing around and i don’t know why she had targeted me I was only there on property for maybe five minutes before she Followed me outside, and started calling 911 soooooo ridiculous! I will never visit this store again for anything also put word of mouth out to everyone i know to avoid this location at all costs!!! Sorry, but the whole thing made me feel some type of way which is NOT right I did not deserve any of that!

Ive never experienced worse customer service in my life. This short lady who looks like shes melting would rather be on break then provide customer service. Then berated me with rude comments. Will never come back to this location, I highly advise the same for everyone. 711 on rainbow/flamingo, Charleston/rainbow that I highly recommend

They don’t honor posted prices. Had a strawberry redhead employee who was so sweet to me and said she’d fix it my next visit.
I came back and mentioned it and she didn’t acknowledge she knew me. I pointed out they’re still advertising the price on the front of the building.
She told me never to come back again.
Fwiw the state law forbids the practice. The store needs to correct the price displayed and honor the price displayed.
The fact they were still showing the sale price shows they really couldn’t care much.

I mean they are great at getting food orders done, fresh and fast. I think the only thing is their ice drinks when ordered online are not my fav. Overall fresh food though

Terrible location... employees talk shit and are hostile for no reason, I'm here now at 9:06pm and the doors are locked. No sign posted as to why, lights on but again doors are locked.

I do Door Dash on a regular. We love 7/11 pizzas. Especially on the weekends. I just made our usual order through Door Dash. But I like my pizza well done. I was able to contact the 7/11 store our order is coming from. I spoke to a very nice lady named EVA. She was sweet & extremely committed to my request for my one out of the 2 pizzas to be well done. Eva did not come off stressed out or disturbed with my call for special attention. At this hour on a Saturday night, we all know 7/11’s are extremely busy.
Eva was calm, cool & collected. I didn’t detect any issues from her end. Even though she could have been over flowed with in store demands. Eva adhered to my request for one “ well done pizza” & also went the extra mile to “ mark the well done box “ . Eva is a one of a kind woman who works at 7/11 & makes sure her job is well done! Customer service and customer satisfaction was Eva’s mission tonight towards me. Mission accomplished Eva. Thank you. I can definitely bet on the fact that this is EVA’s every day practice. So when you meet her, give her the benefit of the doubt. She is not your average person that shows up to her job & goes through the motions. Eva acts as if she is the store owner & wants you to keep coming back! Thank you Eva. You are amazing. I hope your team members can learn from you. Make our 7/11 experiences better than ever. 🤗🙏🏼♥️

Closed when supposed to be open sign says 10 min break but I’ve waited 40 mins and the employee is still smoking in her car. Older lady. Should be fired

To any and all service works, don't come here for the microwave. Owner says he doesn't want anyone using the microwave. Yet its right there. So. Do with that what you will. If it's not meant to be used, there needs to be a sign. Or jus remove guys. First time I ever heard we couldn't use it.

I paid inside instead of at the pump and they still put a hold on alll of my money. Then when I called to get help the person on the phone was so incompetent and took 5 minutes to get my name spelled correctly. He then lied about the cashier that serviced me being in the freezers and then said he would call me back. He never called back, I called back myself and he said the cashier hadn’t come to work yet and hung up on me mid sentence. Their pumps are so old that they don’t work most of the time. Just don’t bother going it’s a real hassle.

Guy claiming to be the supervisor (probably a shift leader from the feeling) became confrontational because when I asked him to hand me something on the counter , I did not say please. Says he kicks people out all the time for having an attitude, I explained I had no attitude. Very flustered for one reason or another but not a good person to deal with customers. I dont typically leave reviews, but this guys performance and short temper grabbed my attention.
