The store is conveniently located right at the corner of two major streets. Prices are also super competitive and a lot better compared to the Chevron across the street. The male cashier who usually works the morning shift gives excellent customer service and usually goes above and beyond whenever I’m asking for anything. All the staff do a great job at being mindful of everyone who is in the store and that brings a sense of safety.

Store has a very rude and frankly unstable cashier. I was waiting for a doordash order for 40 minutes. She started helping other people and when I mentioned it, she started calling me a liar.

Worst place to get coffee because there’s never coffee in the machine how is 7-Eleven gonna sell coffee lol if there’s no coffee plus homeless people in the machines acting like they are playing but they are just screaming looks like a casino they are getting free drinks

My son went to buy some snacks and drinks with his friends earlier today and they were kicked out right away for just being a group of teens. Basically told them like No Not Today!! We're normally not around that area and when my son told me the way they treated them I was furious. My guess is they get constant issues with others but to just assume that they're there to cause trouble is terrible. They actually just wanted some snacks. I suggest you think twice before stepping in that store. That is no way to treat anyone!!

Unaccommodating cashier with an attitude, 11pm on a Saturday night is clearly too late to serve food at a 24hr 7-11...Go figure. Couple of blocks west there's another 7-11 that works exactly as it should, just go there, skip this one

This location doesn't do Cash reloads on CashApp. So they don't offer service to me. I don't take service from them anymore.I now walk across the street to terrible's to get my drinks. If you can't help me out and offer this feature to put money on my CashApp. Why would I buy from you and contribute to your company.They have the system. These owners just choose not to offer the service.Smith's just North of this 711 doesn't offer the service either. The next location that offers the service is a Circle k about three or four blocks North. Just pass Smith's.When you're in a car this seems easy. When you're on the bus and on foot. This can be a 2-hour mission figuring out where the next nearest location is that not only says that they have the service online but honors the service for people.What also bothers me, is I commented the lady on how nice her store looks. Which I realize is now compensation because she's probably losing service. And I went with the 7-Eleven brand Gatorade just to contribute to her business. From all the pleasant experiences that I had before coming to this store in particular, I never expected to decide never setting foot at this place again because of this one employee…At about 2pm on a Sunday, I went in to pickup an order that I placed online. Politely asked this particularly rotund cashier if it was ready, no big deal if it wasn’t, I’m never in a rush, however what took place was that I was “welcomed” by a barrage of words sprinkled with slurs that might’ve been covertly referring to my particular ethnicity (I’m from India) before being told to “get in line and wait” (there was a single person in front of me). I simply walked away from my order, distressed and frustrated.It’s ok to have a bad day, we all experience them. But making a stranger, a customer, the recipient of your anger, at random, is unacceptable.

I was here about 9 pm in line to make a purchase when an employee accused me of trying to steal. I've been a regular customer for the past three months so I was shocked. It left me embarrassed and humiliated, as she did it in front of the whole store. I left without confrontation. Put my # in there. This matter is not settled!
