I use to love this 711 but after the way I was treated today by a rude disrespectful loud mouth worker who yelled at me because I was confirming the prices of the Pizza and to see if they had any specials. I just looked at her and said I want to use the bathroom first so you can confirm the prices. As I was coming out of the bathroom and returning the key to counter. She had a never right in front of my face talking bad about me to her coworker saying isn’t that I want read about the prices on the sign above the Pizza. Then her worker ask me which slice I wanted and I said none. I’m not going to spend my money here ever again. I will not be treated and disrespected by your coworker over there on the other side of the counter yelling at me and not understanding what I was asking her about the prices. She was making me feel like I didn’t speak English right.I told her I will take my business somewhere else. This is not the only time this coworker has been nasty to me. Even when I have to go there to pick my customers orders for Uber she’s mean to me. No way I’m done now I will never ever step foot at this 711 store ever again. Management needs to teach her better customer service because she doesn’t have it at all. She’s is a horrible person. She should be lucky she has a job. If it wasn’t for the customers you would have no job rude lady. Another thing if you having problems outside of work don’t bring that to work and make your customers feel like crap. I also want to mention how dirty and nasty the bathroom was and the floors. Anyone who reads this don’t go there.You will be treated like garbage

This location is one of the few I like to go to a lot. they usually always have the beatboxes that I like. but I do want to suggest that they have the new 4 packs. If they could get each flavor, blueberry lemonade, blue razz, and the others that would be nice!

I Was doing an uber eats pickup order and as I walked into the store I greeted the lady with a hello and she was very rude and didn’t say nothing back, first of all rude and poor customer service. She then proceeded to tell me that I didn’t need to come to her and pick up the order, as there was a designated spot to pick it up cause she was too busy doing other things to be nice and at least bring me the order, she made it sound like she had other things to do which is understandable as your working. However if you don’t like your job to the point where you can’t even say hello when someone someone says hello you shouldn’t be working there, customer service is a big thing for me as I work with that kind of environment. So I’m not sure what the lady’s name was but very disrespectful and impolite.

This 711 is on a convenient corner but I will tell you beware if you use your credit card here. I've had to close 3 credit cards because a transaction was fraud - each time was immediately after using the credit card at the pumps here. Not only me, my wife as well. So I stopped going here for a year. This past weekend I had to stop for gas quick. And guess what? More fraud charges after visiting 711 on Russell and grand canyon. What is the likelihood it's just coincidence?Get gas elsewhere.Edit: the link the reply has is just to submit another review. Honestly, don't get gas here. It's too risky and the owners let people install the credit card skimmers. Facts.

Customer service is mediocre on a good day, lines are typically long and incredibly poorly managed by employees who all act like they have somewhere better to be. Cashiers can be kind, but this is rare, and other cashiers don't appear to know the meaning of the word, treating customers as abrasively as possible to ensure they don't return. The speedee mart across the street is significantly better in every aspect.

Solid convenience stop, slid in, looked around, super friendly team member said good morning as all the door opened, every time it opened. Snagged a sugar drink from the sugar drink section. Also trying a liquid death from the, 'we pay for water,' section. There was snacks galore as my eyes seem to notice carbs in any type of packaging in or out. There was some reheating of pre-fried yummy-ness going on. The line was empty and i out in my phone number for some type of reward hat i may never claim. There's twelve gas pump for the internal combustion engine types and the parking lot is free of trash, with a pigeon on payroll patrolling do evil doers.Love 7-11, even though I think they are more midnight to midnight, which makes me happy that they've stepped up their game.Also heard a rumor that they were named for the casino dice game, 'Craps.' Feel free to post in the comments if you know the story of their name. 5/5
