I had a very bad experience in this store. There is an employee named Will who considers himself the owner. He sells to whomever he wants and refuses to sell to whomever he wants. A complaint has been filed against him.

Horrible place. The customer service is below subpar. Bad attitude from the very beginning of the whole process of purchasing gasoline. 1. They (the man) told me to use the machine to pay for the gas, I have no idea about what machine he is talking about because I have no idea about the existence of machines where you pay for gasoline. They talked to me like I worked at 7 eleven and I’m supposed to already know about these machines. Then, the woman (cashier) acted like I didn’t understand the amount that I said I wanted to put in gasoline, so she asked me 3 times about the amount. By the time she asked me for a third time she also changed the number where I’m supposed to put that gasoline. Long story short, we had to go outside and talk to the other person, then the other person refused to leave that number, then I had to go back inside to change the number. They treated like I’m stupid or something. Very bad people and customer service.

Dominic was very disrespectful to me and my brother i tried to grab a donut and the plastic things to grab the donut were not in a visible spot and he was talking to me like I was stupid. I dont like how he treated me

The store has been closed 2days in a roll yesterday the sysytem was down understandable today je said the floor was wet for 2hrs si. Whilst ur in ur car smoking come on now. I think the
overnight Joe is on something he snapped at me about trynna take his job I am looking for a second job but sir , I always speak n say hello I won't b going back there over night he scares me kuz I didn't understand what the problem was he's weird.

This place is a joke! They may be have 2 good workers. 1 on swing shift, 1 on grave maybe. The rest of employees are lazy, rude, liars and thieves. The owner is totally crooked. He fired the greatest employee he had and worked him till he literally broke his body. He went to file for W.C. so he fired him before he could. Then ruined his rep by incredible lies about him. The place is dirty, crooked and expensive. Avoid this place at all cost. The owners other place across the street is just the same. Boycott and avoid this place like The COVID Virus!

Deanne is the only reason I’m giving this location 5 stars. She makes my experience the absolute best and is the reason why I come here. She is the true definition of great customer service; she’s bubbly, nice, always positive, and always smiling. She knows how to lift my spirits no matter what’s going on in my life that day. But, the number one reason why I adore her, is because she is compassionate. Thank you for making my experience the best one every single time I come in :) Some employees could learn a thing or two from her and take notes.

I like coming to this 7-11 only when a few employees are working. Like this afternoon this Mexican guy and this black dude. Two of the coolest people you'll ever meet. There's also this very pretty, very polite white lady that makes shopping here easy.. They need to get rid of the racist Samoan woman, and the racist big white woman with the short silver hair.
