The 7-11 got bad ince the assistant manager left with the red hair. She is the one who kept things in order. No machines are always broken, employees are filthy store is dirty and never stocked m. Its time to get new management cause I'm done shopping there after 12 years. Not until new management will I set foot inside

Crew is very slow since they've changed management managers have nasty attitudes they package cookies in the wrong packages not friendly too black people if your white they bow down to you if your spending a penny corporate take care of this store before somebody take care of it!!!!

In spite of the fact that I purchased 4 dollar bottle of water, the cashier charged me extra because I got ice in the jug I poured the water into. Charging for ice? Seriously?

Double check the register pricing! I typically enjoy this location but my experience tonight was unacceptable. This 7-Eleven location had signs clearly stating a promotion for buy 2 get $1 off. However, the register didn’t remove the $1. After scanning 3 of the item, it came up on the register “buy 3 save $1” and removed $1. I asked the clerk, Nick, why it wasn’t matching the advertised sign. He said he wasn’t sure and texted his manager but still would not change the price to match what was clearly advertised on signage. This practice is known as “False Advertisement” and is illegal. This place should be fined for their illegal business practices. Had he fixed the price I would have been happy, but refusing to fix the price to match what is advertised is unacceptable.

This 7-11 I use to love coming here but after today I will not the cashier by the name of Andrea was hella rude disrespectful and she discriminate against me I ask if she can brake 100 because I was buying a few things she said no they only keep 40 which they have done before then she ask to see my ID AND TELLS ME I DONT KNOW YOU SO ANYONE I DONT KNOW OR HAVE NOT SEEN I SCAN THEIR ID WITH SHE DID NOT SCAN SHE LOOKED AT IT THEN I SAY I NEVER HAD ANY OF THEM ASK ME FOR MY ID SHE TELL ME I DONT HAVE TO COME BACK THERE AND THROWS MY CHANGE ON THE Counter and walk away I go back in and ask another associate is this a corporation or a franchise? She steps in and tells me a franchise I asked for a number she gives me the store number which I've already had I asked is their a manager she tells me no not till after 10 sometime and then walk away from me again she did low key profile, Me not knowing who I am or what I do this is not a good place for her to work if she going to treat people like that

Came to the this store at 10:15 on Tuesday, September 5th 2023 this guy was very racist my sister, brother and i came in very humble and happy until this guy at the counter made horrible racist remarks clearly dont want to be at the job he works at he threw my brothers money on the ground after we explained how disrespected we felt disrespected by his mumbling and many comments he made of us and to us in-front plenty of witnesses as well i will never in life ever go to that store again i will advice others not too also if thats the kind of associates 7/11 wants to represent them that location will fail. I love going there it's recently been upgraded so it's very nice on the inside I love the fresh Cookies made customer service was great not only is it convenient for me I enjoy the environment
