Horrible customer service. I asked to have fresh coffee because the coffee decanters weren't enough to make a medium cup if combined. The gentleman stated that they don't make fresh coffee after 9am (it was 845am) and proceeded to mix all 6 decanters into one. The gentleman then states that now I have a full cup of coffee.

If I could give it a zero star I would I went in there and got a hot dog I feel I should get a refund due to the hot dog being cold the guy that was working should have been changing the food that was on the grill I wouldn't suggest doing anything from the store and expecting it to be fresh

Terrible location. They don't understand local laws and aren't willing to hire security to protect their employees. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Customer service was not a good experience. Will not be back at this store. The guy was not busy but yet he didn't want to do anything. If your not happy with your job, find a different one!!

Avoid this place at all cost . Me and girl friend went there last to get a refill. On a slurpy she changed. Me. For a black coffee and something else ripping me off and when I ask the the recipe . Her addaude was rude she told me oh I threw it way I did nt think you wented it . So I told my girlfriend wear not returning . This happened at 735 pm last night . I'll will posting this on be posting on ig .

The Black girl that works late night is so rude that she comes across as bitter and broken. Terrible experience - will never go there again - avoid - she cussed out 3 different customers

Black girl named Shonda - the worst employee in Las Vegas. I am a Black man and she's rude to me. If she doesnt like her job then maybe she should go get another. I highly recommend that you go west on Eastern to the next light at Desert Inn (another 7-11) or east on Eastern 2 lights to Reno (also a 7-11). She doesnt smile and literally cussed me out tonight BECAUSE "I leave pennies on the counter" - no one has time for petty mess.

The lady working the night shift on Thursday September 16, from what I believe to be Caucasian/Mexican aging around 50-65 years old was extremely rude . She’s unprofessional and super agressive . This place hires anybody . She seemed to be intoxicated with some substance . I usually come here but will not anymore . Also so another employee touching the donuts with his hands . Don’t go here.
