I tried to buy some planters peanuts and on the package it said two four $1.09 but they try to charge me 2.40 cents when a 7-Eleven right down the street charged me $1.09 they are ripping people off Even when I confronted the worker, he told me I was lying I’m going to call the state because that’s against the law you can’t charge more than what it says on the package The factory already set the price for that product and they can’t charge you more That’s false advertisement.

Very rude employees my aunt plus a long line of customers were left waiting for 20 mins. While staff refused to ring people out . You need to hire new staff.

Would love to give 0 stars but unfortunately yelp doesn't have that option. Don't go here. Workers have no sense of urgency. They'd rather talk on their phones or go do useless stuff while customers wait at the front. Please remove current staff and get new ones. Worthless like dog poo

After we were denied slurpees for the promo thru 6/28-7/11 at the location on antelope and charleston, we asked the employee Rudy if he was going to honor it, and told him what happened at the other store. He was so cool and provided great customer service to makeup for the poor experience at the previous store. This guy deserves a promotion. Really we were so upset about the poor experience and he went above and beyond to makeup for something that wasnt his fault, We left in great spirits. Thanks for turning our night around.

The register will never match what the signage says. It'll say 2 for $3 and they'll ring it up for $6 or whatever. They never do anything about it either. If you tell them the sign says 2 for 3, they just say that the register doesn't and they can't do anything about it. This has happened 3 separate times to me. I don't normally go here but I'll make sure to find somewhere else next time I'm in this area.

Was having a bad day and came in just now for some snacks. Cashier was friendly and put fragile items in a double bag. I appreciate the extra thoughtfulness.

I looked to see where there's a 7/11 that sells gas and according to there store on Google it shows gas pumps but when I got there there weren't any pumps. They need to up date the store information. I was trying to save a little money and with gas being ridiculously high 11 cents off a gallon is better than nothing.Won't be traveling back to that store

So normally place is great but on 9/30, what I say the day manager do 2 another customer was out of line. Day manager was behind counter gossiping about another employee named Cheyenne who may of been involved in a hit and run that killed someone !!! WOW another customer who could not help but over hear asked wait what did u just say. Day manager got mad said she was eavesdropping and kicked her out of the store just for asking a question. There were several customers that.over heard. Managee said something about reaping what u sew 2 that customer. What a Bi&@÷. . . . .Maybe staff ESPECIALLY management should be more quiet or grow up and not gossip at all.
