Horrible experience. The cashier was horrible. She doesn’t know to have good customer service to paying customers. I don’t know how she was hired. She needs more hardcore customer service training. She was doing too much. She was an older Caucasian lady in her 50’s - 60’s. Seems miserable. Just like a Karen. She also need to get with the times. She acted as if she was still living during times before internet was invented. Still living in caves. She was also very rude to my child for nothing who just wanted to purchase some things. I knew something was off once I walked in. They’re located on a busy road/intersection and it was basically empty. That’s not normal for a 7-eleven. I can see why they don’t get much business. People like the cashier is what pushes customers away. Good luck with this location.

If there is no website policy stating you can not accept certain ids and there is no federal law why deny me service? If you don't want to do an extra step fine, say that. Don't deny me because your boss allegedly told you it was illegal to do. Have the policy posted if that's how you want to operate the store. I came in and was told you can't do it because you have to enter the birthdate then told I was arguing when all I stated was that isn't true. Your cashier has incorrect information and should be trained properly instead of giving me an immediate attitude as if I was causing a science by correcting him. I got time, y'all get nothing but negatives from me.

Upon pulling into the parking lot, both clerks to the gas station were outside smoking. When I exit my vehicle both are explaining there’s no soda or fountains, talking over eachother and I do not understand or hear what they’re saying. I am maybe thirty feet or more from them and they frantically keep repeating themselves. I continue to approach the store and they keep saying it like the store is closed and the one gives me an attitude. I explain I’m not there for soda, just a pack of smokes and go inside. The one mentions she will be inside when she’s done smoking and both continue to smoke while I stand at the counter of an unattended store. I wait patiently until one of the two come in and she’s fussing about not being able to smoke instead of actually do her job then proceeds to tell me I’m not ready while my ID is on the counter she hasn’t even made it around yet! Makes another snide remark that she can’t smoke as long as people keep coming in. I politely reminded her that’s job security. I’ve been coming to this location for a long time and like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but I’ve had several negative experiences with this clerk that would rather complain about doing her job than to do it. She never wears a uniform or name badge and her phone is always blasting inappropriate music. In this day and age it’s a privilege to have a job. If you’d rather stand outside and not work, than don’t complain when you lose your job and can’t afford to stand around smoke at all when you get fired for not wanting to do the bare minimum, the whole reason you’re supposed to be there! Hope it was worth it coming from someone who’s managed a gas station, I’ll be escalating this to corporate and making sure they are aware that this is how their business is being ran.
