sold me a vape that didnβt work and i showed them proof and had proof of purchase. owner said he didnβt want to replace it. i explained that he sold me a defected product and i had proof of purchase and he still said no

they sold me a defected vape and didn't want to at least replace it. wasn't asking for a refund and had i had proof of purchase and i went in a couple minutes right after the purchase, right when i found out that it was broken. The employee said he called the store owner and i was told the owner said to not replace it. Doesnt make sense that they couldn't replace it when they sold me a defected product.

Make sure you count your money. Make sure you have them ring the barcode on your stuff because it's higher on the cash register so the Ice is $3.57 but on the register its $4.35

This 7/11.... I asked for a hot dog she told me it would be done in 2 min. I wait the 2 min and she comes back saying its gonna be 20 min but that was something she knew from the start so once I said well like dang I would have like to know I would have been waiting here longer, she just went off talking about how she didn't have to say when it was gonna be done, she was gonna hop over the counter and some more... I am an understanding person but with people like that... I just left no time for people that don't last long.

Awesome store, friendly associates. Always stocked with cold drinks, coffee, and warm food for purchase. My go to stop on my way home from work in the morning. Only down side is how popular it is, so sometimes there's a little wait to check out.
