Terrible customer service. Staff in there don’t follow the franchise rules. They should get fired for violating the franchise rules.

THANK YOU !!!!! A wonderful employee went out of her way to break a $50 Bill for a 2 liter Coke. Jersey Mike's next door wouldn't take Bill's larger than $20 So Thanks to her we got our sandwich. ?

First and foremost, I have to say, the staff was very friendly. I however, was disappointed with the owners policy, not to accept national 7-Eleven coupons in his store. I bought many items and had a coupon for a single free drink. Not accepting that coupon from corporate definitely left me with, no sense of goodwill. Then I came to find out later, several items I bought were priced higher than other local 7-Eleven locations, including at least one that had a buy one get one free promotion. This essentially doubled the cost of the item at that location. Add to that all the construction around the store and I can tell you I will not be returning to this location. It's a real shame because it is convenient to one of my favorite restaurants. Also, as I said, at the beginning, the staff was very apologetic and very helpful. I hope the owner reconsiders his choices to create a more customer friendly store.

Came in today around 1:30am older gentlemen with long hair in pony tail was working. Asked if he can cook a cold pizza he said he is not cooking pizza. Was a little confused why. His attitude was just so off putting he could of simply said they don't make pizza after a certain time. Which I know for a fact other 711 do. so that's why I was confused. Like he just didn't want to do it.. anyways I made sure the pizza was turned upside down when I left... he followed me outside and proceeded to tell me I have no aspirations because I'm using EBT on the pizza & I need government assistance... if putting a pizza back upside down flips his lid like that I wonder what he has to say about the other people who use EBT in the store.. his attitude was just uncalled for. It doesn't take much time to put a pizza on oven for a few minutes..

I'm reporting this place to BBB I know the owner doesn't care but this place is price gouging customers on top of the store smells like a homeless camp...I know he going respond with the same generic response ????????????????????????????????????????✊?????

Do yourself a favor … look for a different 7/11 … there are several other locations nearby.. other 7/11 locations are charging much less for your drinks I recently bought a “ Big Gulp” which at every other 7/11 I’ve been in was $1.40 with tax .. this place in charging $1.72 which by the way is still 11 cents more than other stores super big gulps .. the . Cashiers are rude , I was in there getting my beverage and cashier screamed across the store for some undesirable to leave .. I understand the need to have these people removed from your store , but did you have to scream in my ear to do it … I’m an overpaying customer who just felt like I got screamed at while simply trying to get a few items that’ll help me through my day .

I've used this location several times over the last couple years and never had an issue. I highly recommend it to anyone that happens to be in the Charleston area
