Well laid out store, friendly and very helpful staff. Pricing was fair and the store was very clean. I needed some help with a few items as I was shopping for a friend and wasn't sure exactly which sauce to get, although the floor staff didn't know they went and got someone who did. Excellent service.

The lady who worked this morning was ignorant. Too much to type out, but she wasn't very nice. Not to mention, the store had expired product and open, moldy eggs, disgusting. The lady kept calling the customers, "Pappi" and other pet names. It's very simple, you should say "Hello", "Thank you" that's all. Some words are offensive to others. She had zero patience when I asked how much something rang up as. I felt like I was bothering her. There were 2 customers in the store, it wasn't busy. I came back to get a corrected receipt because the one she gave me was wrong and she bit my head off telling me that she was with a customer. I was waiting patiently, I didn't say anything. Then she told me to smile. Um, you are a cashier, you shouldn't be giving people any advice. Just say hello, ring up the customer and thank them for coming. That's your job, it's not that hard. I hope my comment brings awareness and her lack of customer service skills. You never know what someone on the other side of the counter is going thru. You aren't a therapist. She thinks she is being nice and sweet by using endearing names for customers, when actually it makes her overly friendly. Just be a cashier. Also, make sure you check the store for expiration dates. Scary times we are living in, companies don't care, they will sell you rotten food.

UPDATE: I went into store the following day and the manager was generous in making it right.
In Vegas for Dead and Company. Ordered $40 worth of food. In the order was a slushee that was not slushee at all. Don’t sell me something if it’s not what it’s supposed to be. This is blue water.

We were at this location yesterday afternoon. We bought 6 slurpees and 1 cup of ice and water. When I asked the cashier why the charge was same price as a new fountain drink she informed me that was the cost of the cup. I said I have never been charged the same price as a soda to get water and with her explanation I guess the ice and soda are free so if I bring in my own cup we can get soda for free from now on? There is no way someone gets a new fountain drink that you have only been charging them the price of the cup this whole time and giving them the syrup and co2 for free. I have been a loyal rewards member for years, probably since the program started, slurpee runs have been a tradition since my childhood. Grabbing a .50 water to offset that slurpee sweetness has been a part of that tradition. When leaving the cashier had to make one last “point” and state any location can set their own prices. So which is it? Was I charged the cost of the cup or was she admitting to inflation and price gauging on water in the hot location of off the strip in Vegas? Maybe educate your employees and on their customer service.

Very clean store, and the boneless chicken is oven baked, so good, and well priced. Maria deserves a raise, she was so pleasant, I was only going in for a water but I ended up buying the boneless chicken after she let me try one, I bought two sticks! She really enjoys her job, and is an asset to your store! Cheers from Canada. Thanks Maria.

The prices are expensive enough, but the clerk behind the counter thew my receipt on the counter, and I made him put it in my bag which I had to ask for ! and he was rude to my friend also!! ? I let the managers know, but I don’t know if they did anything or not because we left! If you don’t want to work there, find another job! If you are racist, go hide in a dungeon!
