Set an appointment, but A1 representative a 'no show'. Received a call after the scheduled appointment time to apologize and reschedule a new appointment. A1 rep showed up for the 2nd appointment. The A1 rep took measurements and support photos of my Master Bath. Their rep said that he would provide a quote 'in a few days'. 3 weeks later, I hadn't heard back. I called and left a voicemail 3 days ago, but no response.How they have a 5 star rating, is a mystery to me.

Isaac has been fantastic throughout our bathroom remodel. He is always on time, communicative, and professional. His prices are reasonable, and he and his team have done fantastic work on our master bath. I would recommend him and his team to anyone.

I have owed A-1 this review for a while, but that it’s taken me this long to write this may be more helpful in the end. Because by now I’ve had the chance to live with the work A-1 has done for some time and I while was ecstatic with the job when it was finished, I’m honestly even happier with it now.Originally, I reached out to A-1 to do the countertops and backsplash of a kitchen renovation. As you can see in the pictures, the backsplash is a mosaic tile and that can be somewhat difficult to work with. But this was no problem at all for A-1. Their attention to detail on both the countertops and backsplash was superb and they turned out amazing. The backsplash is the highlight of the kitchen and everyone who sees it compliments it without fail. Meanwhile, the countertops are perfect, excellent quality, durable, and the perfect choice for the room.My experience with the kitchen tile and stone was so good, I came back to A-1 for a guest bathroom remodel. Again, as you can see from the pictures, this involved a lot of tile. It also involved removing a tub, a door, installing an entirely new sink, and reworking the entire shower.A-1 handled every facet of the job from the planning and install of the shower and all the tile, to bringing in the sub-contractors for the plumbing, drywall, and electrical. And just like those working for A-1, their subcontractors were all professional, highly skilled, and budget conscious. Everything in this bathroom was re-done, the floor, the walls, the toilet, the sink, And from the shampoo box that is now the centerpiece of the room, to framing out the new LED medicine cabinet, the marble tile has turned what was a dark, cramped guest bath into something that is now inviting, open, and a subtle highlight of my home.But best of all, it’s functional. I know this because since these jobs were completed near the end of 2022, I have come back to A-1 once again to now remodel my entire master bath. And as that has been going on, I have been living out of this guest bathroom. To me, that’s the real test. Not just how it looks in the pictures, but how it lives day to day. And the functionality, especially in such a small space, has really paid off.I cannot recommend A-1 highly enough. Issac has put together a great team and they are one of the unsung gems in town when it comes to all things stone and tile. From helping with the design, to making sure the materials are quality, to securing trustworthy subcontractors, to their attention to detail, I cannot recommend A-1 Design Stone highly enough. We hired A-1 Design to renovate our master shower and bath area. Isaac and his crew are wonderful! Our thoughts and ideas were listened and implemented. Isaac communicated every aspects and reconfirmed all steps to ensure we didn't have any questions or changes. His crew kept a very neat and well kept work area both inside and outside. Many times the last 1/2 hour of the day was used to organize and clean for the next day ensuring a efficient process each and every day. Isaac used Adavan plumbing for the plumbing portion our project. We eventually hired Adavan for additional plumbing projects around the house. He also used Baja Glass & Mirror for the glass installation part of our shower. Isaac coordinated all of the crews and made sure everything met with our approval. We had other projects happening in the house as well and unfortunately we had already committed to another company for those. Boy do we regret that, we would rather have had Isaac and his crew for those as well! We can't say enough how much we appreciate his professionalism and commitment to getting the job done right! I would work with A1 Design Stone OVER AND OVER AGAIN! Izhak is the most professional contractor I have ever worked with. He's attentive, detail oriented, helpful, communicative, available when I needed him, followed-up with other contractors like glass and plumbing on my behalf, customer-focused, and best of all...stayed on schedule!I had a minor snafu with my tile choice for the shower floor and Izhak walked me through my options for materials selection and helped me with my order (shipping etc).Sergio, the person who installed my tile and demo'd the bathroom, was professional, courteous of my work from home schedule, cleaned up after himself, and trustworthy.Both the plumber and the glass contractors mentioned that they LOVE working after Izhak's team because of the quality of work.I highly recommend!Services: Shower tile installation

Isaac was amazing to work with. This company not only does amazing work, but they are trustworthy and reliable. An added bonus was that the cleaned everything up every night which us neat freaks really appreciated. They also finished the job early.

A-1 Design Stone remodeled a shower and a shower/bath for us. They took out the old tile and wallboard, rebuilt and waterproofed the walls, and tiled. Isaac, the owner, coordinated with a plumber and a shower door company, and the job was done for the quoted estimate and early. The crew was very professional and responsive to questions, and Isaac sent photos daily as we were out of town. The end product in both bathrooms is high quality. I was looking for tile installation on two accent walls and a fireplace surround that I wanted to go to the top of my 20 ft ceiling. Definitely found the right company in A1 Design Stone and it’s owner Isaac. Everything was impeccably done and has completely transformed these rooms. Isaac and his workers were on time, hard working, and did such a fantastic job that I would highly recommend them for similar projects. Throughout the project they protected furniture and thoroughly cleaned when finished. I know Isaac does other things beyond tile and will certainly be using him in the future. About 15 years ago, I had a company to remodel my kitchen and bar. The did an excellent job and it was a very large job. Fast forward 15 years later after down sizing, I purchased a small town house and after living in the home for over two years, I really wanted to have a small job done. My neighbor was having lots of tile work done and when she praised the contractor highly, I asked if they did small jobs. She stated she would have the owner come over and he could review the job and let me know. A few days later, he came over and assured me the job was not too small and he would email me the proposal that afternoon. I was given his card and it looked familiar.Well after pulling the contract file for the large job 15 years ago, I realized it was the same company. I was thrilled and anxious to see if the quality of the workmanship was the same. After receiving the proposal, I asked him about one of his employees who have helped me with the large project years ago and he assured me she was great but no longer worked with his company after getting married. I tell you this because in Las Vegas, to have a company in business for this long and to find out that the quality of work is still far superior is amazing! "On time, clean up after each day's work, constant verbal or text communication daily, clean and professional!"Even though it took only three days to complete the back splash and counter top, the same attention to quality and details was exceptional!I highly recommend A1 Design for any of the services they offer. First Project:From the first visit with Isaac I new this company was the way to go Isaac is very polite, professional, talented and a great communicator. He kept us updated every step of the way. Our countertops were installed timely and the crew was very neat. Protecting our carpets and floors. Everyone was extremely precise. We cannot be more pleased with the finished product. This company takes pride in their work and we are so very pleased. We recommend A1 and we’ll definitely use the for future projects.Second Project:We are so pleased with A1's work (Isaac & crew). that we had a stone 20' fireplace accent wall contracted and has been completed. The completed wall far exceeded our expectation. A1 Design Stone recently remodeled my MBR shower. It’s hard to imagine a better design stone company in the LV Valley. Isaac & his team (Sergio & Jose Luis) we’re professional, timely and treated my remodel as if it were their own. The quality of workmanship is a testament to this company’s mission to deliver the best product possible to its’ customers! I am a fan of A1 Design Stone & would/will use them again for any future remodel project!

Issac and his crew did a shower remodel for our master bathroom. The attention to detail was excellent and A1 Design took the time to deliver a first rate product. Each tile was meticulously installed right down to the millimeter using a laser level. Surprisingly, the basket weave tile pattern on the drain was arranged to match the surrounding tile design. Wow! While only time will tell as to how long the shower will last, so far it looks great. Issac was very responsive and he takes great pride in his work.

Decided to have our kitchen countertops replaced and backsplash installed and had a referral to A1 Design Stone LLC. They were very professional and extremely responsive and attentive to all of our inquiries. The staff in house was very friendly and answered any questions we had. All employees that came to our home were respectful and always showed up on time. They did an amazing job and surpassed all our expectations. The amount of detail that went into the backsplash alone was amazing! Very happy with the A1 Design stone LLC and wont hesitate tongues them again and refer them!!!

Our project was constructing a shower in the space in our second floor bath that used to be a tub. We did demo ourselves, and Isaac and Louis along with another worker whose name I never caught came in to make the shower pan, put up backer board, pour the floor, and tile the entire thing.
