I came last minute on a Saturday morning and they got me right in the staff was super friendly and everything was clean and they told me it would be about 45 minutes to an hour. I was in and out within 25 minutes. Highly recommend friendly great service great pricing five stars.

Tire going flat on a Sunday.Pulled in thinking I made it!! They say where booked for the day. I said so your going to let me sit in your parking lot with a flat?? Got a shrug. Lucky for me the Firestone right across the street saved me.

James, the manager who helped us at the Las Vegas location, and the store in Reno. At big brand tires. They should stick to selling tires and not fix any vehicles.This is why I had worked done. And am I supposed to get my heater core flushed? So I would have heat in.
The cold weather, it did not work.I brought it back, and they said it would be $1400 quote to replace the heater core. I went to my mechanic to get a second opinion and was quoted around $150 to $170. Heat works great since I only gave one star because it was close. DRIVERS BEWARE

Big Brand Tire had tires in stock and almost immediate appointments available. I was met, by name, when I walked in the door at appointment time. No waiting line, no up sell tactics, or issues at all. I left my car with them and they still had the tires installed within an hour and a half. Gabriel up front is a local and embodies the tradition of top notch customer service. Next time I need tires, plugs, or and service they provide, they will be the first place I call. Highly recommend.
