Very unpleased. I checked in just to find out you have to be a member to be seen faster and if you don’t have a membership with them, they’ll make you wait longer. I felt pressured when asked “join our membership” it’s like they’re trying to compel you into joining. The customer service isn’t that great either, very unpleasant experience in general.

Amazed at the customer service here! They are friendly, courteous and very helpful! When you walk in, someone is there to greet and direct you for expediency. They offer a wide variety of DMV services - which only select locations do- and there are member and non-member lines. Alexis there is now my favorite person to see for my needs.

DO NOT USE AAA LAS VEGAS. THEY LIE AND DISPATCH WILL NOT MAKE TOW DRIVERS ACCOUNTABLE. I HAD A TOW DISPATCHED THE DRIVER LIED STATED HE CALLED AND ALSO STATED MY VOICE MAIL WAS FULL NEITHER ONE WAS TRUE. I NEVER LEFT THE AREA OR VEHICLE. I CALLED AAA AND DISPATCH NOR SUPERVISOR CARED AND TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO CALL BACK TO GET ANOTHER TOW DISPATCHED. I EVEN OFFERED TO PROVE IT AND SHOW THEM MY PHONE. AAA LAS VEGAS DOES NOT CARE AND THE DRIVERS DO NOT TELL THE TRUTH. DO NOT GET A AAA MEMBERSHIP OR USE THIS COMPANY

I recently needed to get my disabled placards I was passing by the Rainbow/ Charleston office so Ì stopped in to make an appointment and was surprised when the lady said they could take care of me right away. I was done within 20 minutes that were very kind and well staffed as there were at least 10 to 15 people ahead when I walked in . Very cool and super friendly would give 10 stars if I could.

I walked in and was greated immediately! Employees were friendly and took care of my needs quickly, and also gave me info that would make my next steps sooo much easier. I recommend this location highly!!

Went to AAA on Rainbow for the DMV service they provide. Extremely friendly and helpful, both the receptionist and the lady at service desk. I was 3rd on the walk-in list. Even with an additional AAA member appt ahead of that and 2 other member walk-ins I was only there 20 minutes, so much quicker than the DMV.

Ralph has been my agent for over 30 years I believe he's been with the company for over 40. He's very caring compassionate and professional. He will do everything he can for you to get you the best insurance rates. Plus explain every detail that you need to know and then some. The rainbow branch is great because they offer DMV services also. It's a One-Stop shop for your vehicle registration insurance Haus RV etc needs. The plaza has many restaurants plus a grocery store so many things you can also do while visiting AAA. Highly recommend!!!!
