Went to AAA after being fed up with the Flamingo DMV. The price of a membership is so worth it even if you just use the DMV option. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Thank you for helping me get my new placards :)

If I could give them more stars I would! Everyone has been so helpful and patient to get my car up and running. They have gone above and beyond customer service and made my transmission giving out less of a pain. They were really good with communication which was wonderful because my car gave out in a state THAT I DON'T LIVE IN! I had all the updates and they were very understanding, especially Ken and Robert! Thank you all!

I went to get my car registered recently and Ariana helped me. What a great experience! Ariana was super kind, thorough, and I was finished with the transaction in less than 15 minutes! I highly recommend this location of AAA if you need DMV services of this type. Ask for Ariana, she’s the epitome of Standards of Excellence.

They lie about what their DMV services can do. Spoke to AAA on the phone, called and confirmed last minute, went there and was told that I'd be totally fine if I just bring the vehicle back then next day.Drove 45 mins there, was told they can't actually do what they sold me a membership to do. Drove 45 mins home, and cancelled and got a refund for my membership. Don't trust what they tell you they can do. I even ended up at this location only after the 2nd person I talked to let me know another location definitely can't do the DMV services - even though they claim they can. Liars wasting everyone's time.

Staff for DMV, receptionist, and insurance agent were all amazing. Cynthia, the insurance agent who helped me and is continuing to help me with an issue from the Green Valley Branch, is excellent and very helpful. Assisted in every way that I needed and got out in a timely manner. Also saw her help an individual who was having difficulty with the DMV kiosk. Everyone just seemed friendly and that they care.

Non existent service, good luck even establishing an insurance policy .I was referred to this location now they just lost more then one customer.Their company policy is a violation of state laws to compound the non existent service.

Fantastic service. I went to the DMV and was able to Walk In and get the help I needed. Quickly took care of my issue. People there are friendly and eager to help.

The driver was professional he was very efficient my battery is from AAA had a warranty on it it’s only been about seven or eight months he checked out other things and showed me on a diagram all was good, he was so professional I’m so impressed I’m very happy to have AAA roadside service.

Went to the Rainbow branch last week to pay for auto registration renewal. Aware that some branches only have DMV kiosks available that only take credit cards, I called ahead of time to confirm that I could pay with cash. I was told that it wouldn't be a problem. When I arrived at the office I waited about 15 minutes for someone to wait on me, which wasn't a problem. When my name was called I approached the window and explained to the gentleman that I was there to pay for my registration renewal with cash. He seemed annoyed and asked me if I had a credit card. I told him no, at which point he asked if I had a debit card. I told him that I only had cash. He replied gruffly that it was going to take a long time due to me using cash. At the time there wasn't anyone else in line. He proceeded to ask me if I had correct change. I stated that I didn't, but that I could go out to my car and get exact change. He mentioned once again that this transaction was going to take a long time because I was paying with cash. At this point I asked him if he would prefer that I go to a different location so as to not inconvenience him any further. I've been to the Aliante branch and never had a problem or an attitude over a cash transaction. Reluctantly, he accomplished the renewal in about 5 minutes. I guess 5 minutes is a long time to waste on a loyal customer. By the way, I've insured my house, and my three vehicles, plus also maintaining an annual AAA membership for many years. The only thing that I could think of that garnered this kind of disrespectful behavior was possibly because I am an Asian American. So proud to be an American, and hope that my suspicions are unfounded.

Needed the battery to my car replaced, they initially gave me a waiting time of 45 minutes to 90 minutes. No updates, so I called to inguire they to told me another 1 hour. They refuse to send service unless the cardholder is present. Cardholder cannot specify a designee, no exceptions, even if all information has been verified. Triple AAA does not care about their customers, once they collect their member fees.

Gave me the run a round . Could 'nt speake to anyone in travel. Person told me that I had to come in . Ive never had that kind of serviceI guess AAA realy only want your money but little or no serviceI would recamend .
