Bought a transmission 4 years ago with a 3 year 100k warranty had issues with it shifting since I got it back brought truck back a few times to try and get it fixed under warranty office staff told me it was from my drive shaft, bought a and had a new driveshaft installed and still same problem went back and the same staff told me it was normal, took my truck to the aamco on rainbow to get it serviced and low and behold I have to get it rebuild again because there’s chunks of metal in the found and bottom of that pan don’t go to this location they will take your money and not fix your vehicle even with a warranty they gave you
Choose AAmco because of how long they been around seemed like they know what their doing but apparently the only thing they know how to do is rob and cheat people to keep thier door open cause they can’t actually do the job that they went to school for and is paid to do absolutely disappointing and unacceptable y’all should not be in business

Scott and Pamela and the guys took great care when our trucks transmission wouldn't go into overdrive, they found a rebuilt transmission and did the re and re and couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks again for your dedication to the customer.

*DON’T*
If you’re wanting to waste your money to not get your car fixed, then this is the place for you! They will clear codes off your car and make you think your car is fixed and ready to go, only to find out it was never fixed!!! They’re quick to collect payment but aren’t quick to fix their own mistakes! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!

I am so extremely disappointed in this place, I went there because name speaks for its self it’s suppose to be top of the line. I had high hopes for this place! Vehicle issue was it was stuck in 4th gear. I had the worst experience, starting with Scott (Manager) avoiding mine and my husbands phone calls, was even told he was doing so by an employee there. We paid them total of $2,900 in less than two months which ended up being them just throwing parts at our family vehicle which they knew I needed desperately. Then my check engine light came on, They returned my car to me multiple times telling me it was fixed & right back it went total of 5 times, they did not fix issue & told us they couldn’t figure out the problem & needed to contact AAMCO specialist, we never got a call back he continued to avoid us. My car is still stuck in 4th gear & check engine light on. So I spent $2,900 for issue to not be fixed.

Excellent service. Very professional office staff. I was visiting LV when my pickup transmission gave out. Scott took the vehicle right away and fixed it. Highly recommend!!!

I’m not sure what location was the one that rebuilt the transmission in my 2005 avalanche but it was sent to them for a complete rebuild and I had numerous problems with it afterwards. The owner of b & b auto sent it there to get rebuilt and I had nothing but trouble with it. They did a terrible job and the owner of B & B auto actually found the problem and repaired it himself. I do not recommend AAMCO for a rebuild

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST company I have ever given my business to. They do not know what it means to achieve or provide good customer service. I brought my car to them and advised them that I was being told it was my transmission. They misdiagnosed my vehicle, said that it was definitely 100% NOT my transmission but it was my spark plugs. Made me pay $1000 for something that wasn’t the actual problem. Then an experienced mechanic there drove my car for 3min and diagnosed “transmission”. When they were done replacing my transmission, they charged me an addtl $150 to program it and put it back in my car AFTER saying they would wave it over the phone. They lack empathy & understanding and show no professionalism when handling customers $30,000 investments (Their Vehicles) The “Front Desk Worker” SCOTT will lie to you over and over and will not admit his faults. He put words in my mouth and said that I was the only customer in 40yrs who felt this way. He does not listen to the customer at all!!! If I could give negative stars I would. I will never do business with AAMCO Transmissions ever again. And I will be telling my warranty company about my experience with them
