Order a stove a week before Christmas.
Was told 5 to 7 days it took longer I get that.
Got my delivery date 2 weeks ago for today January 13 from 10am to 3 pm had someone at my house all day due to my work schedule. It’s after 3 pm no call letting me know now there saying it going to be 2 more hours why give us such a large window and not deliver on time.
Also the lady at the store gave me the time called today just to verify because I never got an email to let me know. I was told the person at my house could not sign due to them not being the on the lease. When I asked why was that not told me 2 weeks ago I was told they forgot
Very unprofessional and disappointing in there service.

Aarons has changed and not for the better.
I came back to Aaron's based on previous experience in Colorado.
This time, I placed an order for a TV. I was told it would be delivered in 5 to 7 days. I thought that was longer than usual. We are now at 10 days, and.my most recent phone call the girl said "maybe" in 7 more days.
No reason, no explanation nothing to make.me.feel good about the service so far. By what I understand, they have no actual tracking of the product while its enroute

Ordered a couch online was told 2-3 day delivery. Took a week before they called to schedule a delivery then another week before they could deliver the couch. I set up a delivery time of 10-2. The delivery driver called me at 1230 and said he’d be at my residence in 20 minutes. An hour went by and he didn’t show up and I didn’t receive any phone calls. I called him back and said he’d was waiting on his partner to be done with a different job and that he’d be here at 230-3. It’s 330 and I called again and he said he’d was finishing up a “big job” and would call me when he’s done.
If you know you’ve got a couch delivery and a “big job” scheduled for the day why would you dispatch by yourself?
Whole day wasted. And I’m still waiting

I've been with Aaron's for several years and just recently I went in and found a computer I was interested in. The computer needs to go in for service. I don't understand why it would be on the sales floor, if it needs service. Wait til someone is interested, then get it serviced? Makes sense I guess. I was offered a different computer, much higher in payments and instead of 18 months It changed to 24 months. I had a very bad experience with service department in the past so, I ended up cancelling my order. Very disappointing.

Been with this company as a renter since 1996 great business here in the state of Nevada & Florida moved to Louisiana nearest store was located in Mississippi poor service crooked managers which have been fired for many accusations to Florida and Nevada keep up the EXCELLENT JOB

Manager Lupe at the rainbow location is so unprofessional at this location this past week every time that have spoken to her it’s a different story her employee messed up and goes to promise something else and ever since the promise the story has continuously changed manager Lupe is very unprofessional and they do not train their employees well please do not go to this location until she is removed because all your going to get the is the run around she knew she messed up and gave us the run around because she knew she couldn’t make what she promise us happened very very very unprofessional

THE SHORT MEXICAN GIRL NEEDS TO BE FIRED. HOW DOES SHE HAVE A JOB HERE? Does management not pay attention to the way she handles customers? Answers questions? Gives insight into policies, procedures, etc.? She's completely unprofessional and her attitude is disgusting. She wanted to give an attitude and then get upset and be petty when she gets one back. I wish I would've gotten her name but I'll be back. . She's THE MOST RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, UNSOPHISTICATED, UNPROFESSIONAL, LAZIEST WORKER I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS IN AN ESTABLISHMENT.

I signed up with this store for the Christmas 1 dollar deal. I got 3 accounts. I was under the impression that I could pick my due date for my next payday. That would be February 2nd. Today when I talked to the store they told me I had agreed to pay a partial payment due on the 23rd. I am keeping the laptop as I need it for work but I won't be renting future items from arrons.

The hold team It's unprofessional and the young lady. Lo short Mexican girl have a very nasty attitude. And she Doesn't know how to talk to people. They told me that I was gonna get my deliver between the hours of 3 and 7. They never called me no one never showed up. I missed a day's work at home waiting on them To bring me a sofa. And when I called to ask about it. They all had a attitude with me. I would tell anyone don't do business with them terrible.Aarons not good

I'm tired of the store manager at the Aarons located at 3033 N Rainbow in Nevada. She's a bully instead of contacting me regarding my contract she sends a truck to my house and then calls my daughter and bullies her?!? WTH??? Not one phone call to me the one who is paying the lease! This little girl at Aarons really needs to learn to work in customer service and communication skills! Because of her I won't ever go back and yes every chance I get I will let people know to stay away from the Rainbow location. You just lost a loyal client I've been going to Aaron’s since the 1990’s and this is how she treats long-time clients. Done with you and your bully store managers.
