Crappy customer service. Samsung tech support extremely crappy. Don't pay till you're satisfied with their products. They pass the buck. They keep you on hold for over 30 minutes.

I recommend shopping at Aaron's the online process was very easy! I ordered what I needed, and received an immediate approval! I was also able to set up direct deposit for the payments (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). The next day the branch calls you to schedule a delivery. The representative at the "Nellis" branch name "Justyne" was very knowledgeable, and friendly! Justyne, was able to schedule me a delivery two days later! She also explained their leasing process, the delivery process, and ask me if I had any questions. Justyne is very Professional! I prefer Aaron's online leasing process much more than their competitors.

Me and my husband went in to look at some sectionals and the two young girls that were behind the counter never acknowledged us or asked if we needed help. We proceeded to leave and they still never said anything.

Every since I've been dealing with Aaron's, I've gotten a bedroom set,2 50inch TV's,and waiting on my Bluetooth stereo. I chose to pay every 2weeks on my payday and it has been working out greatI only will be paying roughly around $500/ month for everything,oh yeah that's including mattress also. Take it from me I'm just now working on credit and Aaron's is helping me build it up. Thanks Aaron!

Di not do business with Aaron's ! They will not honor you or h3lp you if your stuff gets stolen even if you get insurance for it they just do it to scam people once my stuff if paid I'm never.doijg business with Aaron's ever again !

Wow, OMG looking to own your own things at your own pace I recommend AARON’s right away. Let me tell you though Jackie and Justine are amazing at what they do. I was interested in a bunkbed with a desk at the bottom for my daughter and also I was blessed with a king glam bed, now online it’s OK but in store I recommend these two ladies worked it out, so yes if I can give them 10 stars I would keep up the amazing work ladies and I’ll see you soon. God’s grace and favor, of course be blessed take care later?

I have been going to Aaron's for 3 years now and have always gone through this location and never had any problems or dilemmas with them. I'm always greeted at the door when I go in and always taken care of if I call the store. If I fall behind on my payments they help me out big time, they have great customer service all around from the people who work out in front to their managers. Definitely would recommend these guys !

My interaction thus far have not been satisfactory, nor have they been pleasant. They have been nonexistent I guess you could actually say, since the only way to speak to someone is to call another local store, they put you on hold to call them then relay the message. Horrible customer service in my opinion. So against my better judgement and red flags just blowing in the wind I went ahead and leased a washer dryer set, was told that it would be 3 to 7 business days to deliver (they advertise 1 to 3 days) as the actual appliances had to be shipped to the store, inventoried then delivered to me, well it went from 3 to 7... Then went to 10 days, then suddenly I have to verify my identity by going into the store then delivery up to 10 days after that. I cannot wait any longer I have piles of laundry and no one has clothes to wear, now with a bad back I have to carry hundreds of lbs of clothes out and pay at least $100 to wash thanks aarons. no one will update me on the process nor do they care by the sound of their voice once I was able to get passed them either not answering at all or answering then telling me to hold and never coming back. Made a complaint with corporate and was told I would get a call within 24 hrs and delivery sooner than told. That never happened either, and now they are still trying to charge my account because my lease I did have payment was due on it but I never got appliances what a sad company wow unbelievable.

Was informed they weren't authorized to tell me if they could deliver to Boulder City and that I'd have to go back the next day to speak with the manager. I said never mind I'll go somewhere else. Terrible customer service. Will never return!
