Absolutely no. Will never return here. My car was in an accident on April 30th. Allstate insurance was at fault so they took care of costs. Well... After my car being towed on may 30th. It took them till now to get my car done. Now let me stress this importance they did not fix my car back to the standard it was in before my accident. I have custom rims and they put on the estimate they were going to replace those. Didn't. Had to call Allstate report that to them. They stated the manager of fix auto couldn't find the rim. Well buddy could have called the owner of the car, me. Could have given you that info. So Allstate cashed me out way under the price of my rims. Marshall the manager didn't even do a walk though with me either when I came to pick up my car. Handed me the keys with the estimate. Thank goodness I checked his work... I got t-boned on the left drivers side of my car so that is where I was looking to see if everything was replaced.. Broo when I tell you when I turned on the headlights and didn't see my drivers light headlight turn on. Was so disappointed. Then I go to roll down all my windows as they had to replace my drivers side door. And my passenger side window didn't want to roll down... So I go into the shop explained these things to Marshall he took the keys and said he forgot to replace a fuse for the headlight.... When he can lie all he likes. I saw there was no bulb in that new headlight. Then he stated that he wasn't going to replace the passenger side window issue due to it had nothing to do with the accident. And I stated your correct it didn't have to do with the accident. You did it. The shop somehow did it. Or over the course of you guys keeping my car in 119 degree weather for 4 weeks cause it to burn out. So after my mom called the shop. Stating she wanted to speak to the owner Anthony. Finally Marshall agreed to pay out of pocket to replace a window issue that was never there previously. So I go another weekend without my car all the way until yesterday Wednesday. Making it a total of almost 5 weeks without my car. Again another time I go into the shop no walk through done. So I did my own walk through and test drive. Now on my left side it makes a noise when I turn. And my alignment veers very much to the right while driving to where I have to hold it straight. Did I go back into the shop. Absolutely not. I didn't want the headache again. I never picked to go to this shop. This is one that allstate recommend. One thing to take from my review. Is don't ever tell Marshall you made my car worse and or you didn't fix my car. Please also look at and check your car to make sure everything is in working order. Please set your self up to have Marshall sit there and argue with you for a whole 30 minutes, when you raise concerns. And also refuse to take you back to enterprise, to get another car rental due to my car was not back to the original condition before my car accident. I sat outside in 118 weather for 45 minutes trying to arrange a car to pick me up from the rental place the first time I tried to pick up my car. This time. I want nothing to do with this shop. Nor will I have my car looked at again by anyone in that location.

The work done on my car was excellent. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of their work and customer service. Karina was very helpful and went beyond to accommodate me by arranging for my rental car and to be picked up and dropped off. I also was kept informed about the progress being made on my car. Karina also dropped my car off at my home upon completion because of me being out of the country. I highly recommend them.

They did a great job, kept me informed and updated every step of the way via text. The text update included a phone number and contact person in case I had any questions; which I did and someone answered right away. I gave 4 star cuz I wasn't told that my car was not at the same location I dropped it off at, but they did stay past closing until I got there.

Fix Auto is the best Auto Repair shop I have ever encountered. They informed me via Text of every step of the process and delivered my car back to me cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. They also got the job done in a shorter timeframe than promised.
