It says they close at 9pm. Arrived at 8pm on the dot to them locking the doors. Employee was nice but said the hours online are wrong. Please update your hours. I would have stopped in to make my return before dinner, had the hours been correct. Very frustrating.

Not usually one to leave poor reviews but the staff here are rude and act like you are bothering them by even being in there. Only reason I bought a pair of jeans is because I really liked them. I’ll be shopping online from now on. Do better, Abercrombie.

Staff could be friendlier and nicer, very rude and not as welcoming as other locations.It also looks like they don’t dust or clean the store. There’s dust everywhere on the tables and fixtures, very unclean and bad for those with allergies. If the problem persists, I’ll take photos on my next visit.

I came in for shorts and found a few great items. The customer service was really poor. This was the first time I felt discriminated by my age. The employees were ok, but the sales supervisor was straight up rude. She seemed irritated I was shopping there and rolled her eyes when I asked for a fitting room. I definitely won't come back. I'll shop online from now on.

The place was really well set up. As soon as I walked in, I immediately saw the things I was looking for. The place was organized and peaceful. Although I will say the customer service was meh. The person who assisted me made me feel like I was somewhat a bother.

If I could give a negative rating I would, but unfortunately you have to give at least one star rating. Bottom line, if you want exceptionally good customer service, go to the Abercrombie store at Fashion Show Mall, however, if you want attitude, terrible customer service, and condescending looks sent your way this is the store for you! And to make it even worse of an experience, they promise customers who sign up for the bombardment of emails and promotional text messages with a $10 discount, but once you’ve already signed up for this supposed discount they conveniently can’t figure out how to apply the discount to the transaction and then shrug their shoulders and say “Oh well, sorry for the inconvenience, but I can’t help you with that”. Avoid this location at all costs.

This is a decent store for attire for young men and women and is located in Town Square which is a fun area with a lot of shopping and dining. Parking is easy in a large garage right around the corner from the store. We are longtime A&F fans dating back 10 years or so. The last few times we have been in we have noticed the clothes have definitely changed. Slim, muscle fit clothing has been replaced by shapeless and baggy things in bland colors that look like things you would find in a 1990s attic. They still have a few of their signature polos and T-shirts that are my go tos, but their recent overall clothing just has not caught my eye. I do like their "soft AF" t-shirts that are genuinely very soft. Staff are decently friendly. They honored the sale price for an item that rang up at full price that had apparently incorrectly been placed on a sale shelf.
