I had an excellent experience with Absolute Appliance Services, specifically with Justin. Our dryer was making a grinding noise, and Justin came out to take a look. He quickly identified the problem and provided a clear solution without trying to upsell or charge us for any unnecessary services. He was clean, courteous, and very professional throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find such honest and reliable service these days!
I highly recommend Justin and Absolute Appliance Services for anyone in need of appliance repairs!!!

I was referred by someone to this company. They were very good on the phone scheduled me for the next day. They told me there was a $125 service fee and it would be applied towards the repair. After I got there they told me it was gonna be almost $300 because the five dollar pulley was squeaking. They said they could spray it but they couldn’t guarantee that it would work. I was disappointed that they could charge so much for a part that I know didn’t cost $150. I understand we all have to make a living and we’re in business to make money but this seems like it was a little bit too much. Pulleys run from 5 dollars to 22.00 I feel like is was ripped off

Ron made the trip to our house 45 minutes away and got our microwave fixed quick. Great communication. Will definitely use again.

Really disappointed with the services here. We had issues with our freezer, the technician barely evaluated it and told us to just defrost and turn on again. When we did and it still didn’t work they told us not much they could do since it was an old model. But they didn’t even examine or inspect the freezer to see what/where the issue was and if it was a simple part that needed to be fixed or replaced. They told us they would get back to us on next steps but never did. We paid $125 for someone to tell us to turn our freezer on and off. Will not be using them again and highly deter others to do the same with.

Our technician was prompt and very thorough. He explained everything to us and did the repairs quickly. He told us it would take 3 days to get the parts and he was spot on. The staff was friendly and professional. We would definitely use them again. Thank you!

Dryer blew a fuse and it was not easy to reach. Our technician, Josh, was really good. He fixed it. Price was reasonable for the work performed. He cleaned out the dryer with our small hand vacuum and everything was perfect when he left. This is my second time using this company (first was for an oven hinge problem) and will use them again in the future.
