Brought my military uniforms here for cleaning and did not receive all of them back. I was highly upset because the top they lost had patches from previous commands that I can never get again. To me thats priceless with sentimental value. I settled for a $200 check that I have not cashed. I would rather have it back than cash.
I do not trust their system and would reccomend going somewhere else for dry cleaning.

Would give negative stars if allowed. Al Phillips has been deceased for twenty years and is rolling over in his grave with the horrible new Asian owners who lie and cheat their customers. I was quoted one price at drop off and when I picked up was ten dollars more than the quoted price with zero explanation why… other than the staff advising the new Asian owners are losing business daily because of price gouging and unethical business practices. Another customer advised they charged him $85.00 to hem the cuffs on a jacket. Outrageous prices and lying business owners. Too many options for better dry cleaning and alterations businesses in Vegas. Avoid this business and hopefully they will go bankrupt soon.

Dropped off some items and when given a ticket there was no pricing. I was told the price fluctuates and they won’t know the price until it is completed. An employee told us “that’s how the new ownership does it, and lots of regulars have moved on to other cleaners.” Count me as one of them.

Horrible customer experience. Starting a new job on Monday, I took six items to Al Phillips and was assured everything would be ready by 4pm Saturday. Of course, shirts and pants were ready on Saturday and I was told I could pick them up after 11AM on Monday! I had to drive to different stores on Sunday to purchase an outfit for Monday. When I went to Al Philips today to finally pick up my order they failed to have ready on Saturday, the two employees refused to offer any sort of discount for their ineptitude. I will not go back to such a terrible company.Service: Clothes pressing

Last week, in preparation of stating a new job on Monday Oct-9, I entrusted Al Philips with 5 French Cuff dress shirts and a pair of dress pants. I was assured my order would be ready to pick on Saturday. I went to the 8578 W Lake Mead location on Saturday where I was informed my order wasn't ready. I asked to speak a manager and was told I would receive a call back in Monday and since they are closed on Sundays, the earliest delivery to that location wouldn't be until 11AM MONDAY. Al Philips The Cleaner has horrible customer service. I had to drive all over Vegas to purchase an outfit for my first day at a new company because Al Philips can't deliver on their commitments. On Monday I received not one phone call from Al Philips management about them screwing me over and losing my order. After work on Monday, I returned to the W Lake Mead location where I was charged the full amount for my order that should have been ready on Saturday. The two employees working there were adamant in their refusal to provide a discount for their error. As of Tuesday, 10-10-23, I have still not received a call from management. Absolutely abysmal customer experience. I will not use Al Philips again. Their tags line is "Image is Everything" yet, they clearly don't care else they would have reached out already. They have my number, just not my business ANYMORE.

Would give zero stars if I could. Upon drop off I was told there would be a discount. No discount given. I parked near door in drive thru early a.m. when no traffic, store empty. Clark tells me I can't use drive thru. Question: does al phillios exist to cater to customers or do the customers serve al phillips? Will never go back and will let thousands of fellow sun city residents know about al phillips lies and anti- customer policies. WAY OVER PRICED WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Fair price, super-fast alterations (one day for dress hem!), clean work, nice attitude. I bring all my clothes here for dry cleaning.
