The pharmacists Tom and Marina and the staff are lovely and kind. They seem to go above and beyond to help patients, even when there are shortages for special medications.

This Savon Pharmacy is most definitely top notch. Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I've been using this location in Albertsons for 20+ years, as well as my elderly Mother. I've had them call me with any Dr's rx update, or letting me know the best p/u times etc. My favorite service is their "customer service" which in America sadly is woeful at best. I absolutely recommend this Pharmacy...they will meet and exceed your needs. God bless America

Sky high prices, compared to Target. Salsa was $6.99 but only $2.89 at Target (the latter I hate to frequent). Toothpaste is expensive compared to the "mart" and Target, too. May be a sign of the times, but to say it's just inflation doesn't seem to cover it. I've been going here for over 20 years. It's VERY well managed by Mel. I just hope the prices come down.

This store obviously has a racism problem, I was clearly treated differently when it came to customer service, not just TAMMY service attendant but Manager on duty as well! They act like people of color don’t belong in their store!

I use to absolutely love the employees and pharmacists that worked at the Albertson’s/Sav-on pharmacy at 10250 W Charleston Blvd. I’ve been going there for over 8 years. The staff are so rude now. It’s actually very upsetting when they cut you off and treat you horrible. I never ask for my refills early and sometimes I don’t pick them up right away. It’s only been this way the last 3 months. If I had a choice I wouldn’t even give them one star now. So rude.

Evidently, it is the policy at this pharmacy to yell at customers to sign forms without reading them. Repeatedly. "Just sign it. Just sign it. Don't read it! Just sign it!"- Mandy at the Pharmacy counter. I have not transferred my prescriptions here and I never will. Why would anyone do business with this pharmacy? I like this Albertsons and will continue to shop here, but I will never return to this pharmacy.

This has been my pharmacy for 15 years. Although you arent dealing with the same pharmacist throughout the week, the service never changes. Although they are a chain pharmacy, they arent like Walgreens or CVS. They may have to order medication that isnt in stock, but its never more than a next day or two wait. Pharmacists are always available for issues at hand or questions. Definitely my neighborhood pharmacy of choice.

Why do you close so early. Smiths closes at 11 pm. You guys used to be open later. Not just you but other albertsons as well. Smiths stays open later so now I'm forced to go there. Out of my way but have no choice. Whatever.
