Been going to this Pharmacy since relocating here 9 year's ago. The staff is friendly, efficient, and provides exceptional customer service. They've actually become "extended " family. I've tried a few other Pharmacies in the past; they can't compare on any level.

Staff is the best here. Store is always clean, and service is fast. I've shopped her for years. My ins.plann covers things for free at Walgreens, I pass it up to come to Savon. 5☆plus service!

The pharmacy was quick and easy to transfer my meds from CVS. Staff was courteous. The pharmacist was easy to talk to and patient, despite being busy!

Received both my original J&J vaccine and a Moderna booster here. While the pharmacist who gave my booster was great, the staff are atrocious. They're honestly working the desk with masks below their chins and have the gall to look shocked when people waiting for vaccines ask them to pull their masks up properly.

I'd give it a zero if I could. Customer service here is non existent. The "customer service reps" at self check out are too busy on their phones or talking story with each other and not helpful at all. I only came to Walmart because it was closest to me, but never again. I'll stick to going to target. Way better customer service.

I go to this store a few times a week. This woman is on cell phone on the floor ALL THE TIME !!! Do your job without texting your friends !!! Wait, Albertsons must be a very good company cuz they let their employees use a cell phone while at work !! Maybe I should apply for this company !! Lol

I wanted to give 4-1/2 stars only because while the Albertsons grocery is a great store there are a few that are larger with a little bit better employees.Their overall prices, App and sales are the best.BUT what keeps me coming back is that I have gotten my prescriptions from the same Pharmacist, Michael Szewczyk, for the past 21 years!I have followed him like a stalker from Savon @ Ann & Decatur to CVS across the street, to now this Albertsons/Savon location. There isn't a drive thru but that doesn't matter to me because Mike is the Most knowledgeable Pharmacist/Person I have ever known so it makes this Albertsons/Savon the best in Las Vegas!

Memorial Day shopping we found everything we needed. Got some asada from the butcher and he was very nice. When we went to check out my friend and I put our stuff on the conveyor, and the cashier Marilyn was talking to her coworker and exchanging money. Marilyn turned around and scolded my friend for putting her groceries on the conveyor belt because she said only one customer at a time. Since we are together but buying separately, she said that she will allow it for this one time. There were no signs advising that was the deal to check out. We both found it very rude of Marilyn to address us for doing what everyone does at the grocery store. Don't know if I will go back to this store due to the customer service level we received today.
