This Albertsons is the absolute worst one in the city let me set the scene...
I drive up to a not so good neighborhood but nice shopping center and get out surprised all of these stores are sitting in the corner like this I'm hopeful and happy that I've found a grocery store near me( Albertsons and associates are my favorite to shop at) I walk in because I was on a mission there's a few coupon deals going on right now that I thought was worth my time I only experienced the hot deli and that was enough I walk up a gentleman is being serviced I wait my turn as I'm scanning the area I don't see the soup so I ask do you have the hot soup that's on sale right now this man looks me in my face and asks have I been there before like I was asking dumb questions so I say it a little louder because maybe he's not understanding my English or maybe he doesn't realize I've worked for this company in this same department and they made sure to have at least the sale items on the floor not my money not my circus I get my baked chicken and Mac and cheese and try to move on to the sliced meat area he then proceeds to ignore me as if deli is only hot food I grabbed what I came for and left it's dirty in there he didn't have on gloves DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION leave that area to those ppl. Because it's super ghetto in and around there I'll keep my peace and go to dessert inn location where the attitude actually reflects an Albertsons. I was taught to leave customers with a wow experience not leaving saying wow what an experience. Do better because I know your company is better than what y'all are producing

I ran in for some water and protein bars. They have everything you could need. I was a little apprehensive about going in as this area has a lot of unhoused milling about. They have good security and don't tolerate the nonsense outside of the store.

I give the store a 5 the customer service and security I give 0 stars because they follow you around dressed in regular clothes..I think it's creepy honestly because you feel like you're being followed the whole time you're in there shopping. But it's the closest store to me so I have to go here. The guy in the front who stands next to the self-checkout he is always in good spirits and he's always singing so he makes it a little bit better being in the store lol.

Saturday night at 5:30 pm I visited Albertsons on East Charleston to purchase fried chicken. Got home and the chicken was horrible. It was extremely overcooked and very dark in color. The chicken was hard,overcooked,dry and tasteless. I ended up throwing all 8 pieces in the trash
It will be a long time before I go back.

Pasta deli salads are a nice addition to a roasted chicken. Love the drumsticks falling off.

Literally everytime I come shopping here the lines are always crazy. The gentleman on register has called " 3's a crowd" twice and nobody came up. Being a front end manager at another retail store we make it a priority to never have lines. Whoever the store manager is here, getting your things together

You’re better off going on a Friday or Saturday. The deals in the weekly ads never have the products you need for the deals on Wednesdays. I wanted to come in for body wash. Body wash that is part of the deal isn’t in stock lol. I asked for the manager to check the load because it was showing in stock and she said it wasn’t.
