The cashier named Pamela is such an immature and rude person. We got the wrong eggs for the sale, and to her, it was like the end of the world. She made my father uncomfortable telling him he got the wrong eggs in such a belittling tone. My mother went to get the correct eggs, and Pamela refused to wait, huffing and puffing like a toddler. She gives you attitude for no reason, and I told her how awful her attitude is, and she rolls her eyes and huffs again. It was almost comical. You're such a mean person. If you don't like your job, then quit, don't ruin the customer's day.

Store is in rough shape. Chronically understaffed, no handcarts. Long lines. Sometimes out of vegetables/fruit bags.The staff work hard and are very nice. The upper management here really needs to be talked to by corporate or replaced. They are to blame.

One of the worst stores in Vegas hands down from the management to the cleanliness of the store itself, Deli is run ABSOLUTELY horribly with no care for how the food is handled, NEVER any carts to shop with and the staff always seems so inconvenienced to help with ANYTHING. Not to mention the horrible experiences with the service deli manager Sheila, huge lines while she sits about drinking Starbucks talking to other managers while her employees try to pick up the slack!! Please get rid of this lady!!

Albertson's is a good place to shop! I love the sales they have (especially on the meat)! The o e on Rainbow and Charleston is my favorite.

I love the store and items are available, The only thing they DONT have for us customers to shop are shopping CARTS. There never available, need more shopping CARTS, or you guys are going to loose customers, that's why I'm being going to WINCO to shop need to improve make new changes and everything and staff to to lazy people not friendly polite at all.

This store never has shopping carts. They got some kid gathering carts but all the cart corals are empty. Bad management I guess.

We normally go to Albertson to pick up their over night Fried Chicken and Baked Chicken going for $5.99 ea. Used to buy Popeyes and Churches but their Prices are so out of this world now they have No Deals like they used to several years ago 10 or 15 piece for a Great price now it's just over charge the Public with their Phony Expensive over price fake deals. Please don't get me wrong I enjoy shopping at Albertson, Albertson is a Great Community Neighborhood Super Market. My 5 Stars are for Albertson. I give 1 Star towards Popeyes mostly they should just go out of business too me they're just No Use to most Consumers anymore.

I regularly shop here.Need a cart? Nope, sorry.But when I found someone to ask about it, I was told, "you might be able to find a hand basket near the front" (for my weekly shopping?) I ended up wandering around the parking lot in search of my own cart. 3 weeks now this has been a thing.Produce is either non existent or old, shriveled and wilted.Need to check out? Ok. Here's Barbara, the least pleasant, slow cashier in the ONE open line that isn't self check out. I got 14 bags with only 2 or 3 small lightweight items in each. *wasteful*Gave her my rain check at the beginning of check out and got an "ugh" and frustration in return, while asking what it's for. (Clearly written on the paper). Perhaps unhappy she had to put on her glasses to read it?I did match her energy unfortunately, and for that I apologize. But when I gave her back the same energy/attitude, after she repeated 2 times within 5 seconds for me to put in my #, and snapped, "I'm putting it in!" I received in return a "what the hell?" statement from her. Seriously? Unprofessional. Don't like MY attitude after reacting to yours, just keep working.I try to be as pleasant as possible. Everyone has job frustrations and i try not to contribute to such. But I will definitely be rethinking returning after all these years of shopping here.

I would like staff or management to know how amazing my experience was this evening with an employee named Christian. Christian's energy and enthusiasm to help customers as well as support his fellow coworkers is truly remarkable. In the short time I was in the store I seen him support a coworker with a task and 3 other customers including me and my girlfriend. Our interaction with Christian was when he noticed we were having difficulty finding an item, Core Power Protein Drink. He gave us an aisle number and it had been moved he then searched the entire store until he found the location. We were truly thankful for his help and at this point would have gladly left satisfied but as we were entering the checkout line he approaches us once again letting us know that he found more flavors of our favorite drink. He offered to get them for me but we were far back in line where I joined him on the walk to the other stock of flavors, and found my favorite Strawberry. Me and my girlfriend are truly appreciative of Christian's great attitude and customer service. A great personality and work ethic goes a long way, keep up the great work Christian.

I enjoy the Starbucks here but I will say that it would be best to have 2 cashiers bc some of the customers here are very berating and rude when they are being charged for add ons. They cuss out the baristas, yell at them and belittle them and the baristas who are maintaining professionalism are being so polite it’s heart breaking. Give support to your Starbucks team. They are great workers. They don’t deserve the harassment. Also, I hope the barista files a report with Human Resources. You deserve a raise & promotion for handling the situation so well.
