Lived in area for 10 years. This location was my go to grocery store. The last year it seems Albertsons is doing everything it can to frustrate me. No cashiers except self checkout. Can’t buy alcohol without supervision, shelves half stocked, limited parking.I have changed my go to grocery store. It sucks because it is a further drive.

This Albertsons at Tenaya and Craig has an awesome cashier named Jodi. She has outstanding customer service skills and is always upbeat, pleasant and helpful. Great job Jodi!

The store itself is pretty good. The staff lack skilled training. Very friendly but seem to not understand their role. Checkers and support staff seem untrained in bagging groceries. Call me crazy pears do not belong under squash and meat does not belong bagged with cilantro. Basic food safety like not bagging raw meet with raw vegtables.... If the store is slow they close all check stands, if you have a large order you just wait in self check out then be moved to a register. Dont bother asking them to not throw your fresh fruit down the bagging shoot -they tosss it like a bowling ball. Your produce is garbage before you leave the store unless you bag it yourself. So basically make small orders, use self check out - avoid their staff, and you should have a great productive grocery trip. Gold star in persons in particular depts like meat and produce. It's just the checkers, persons stocking shelves, and baggers that all seem like they need a 101 grocers course.note. Use their app at a minimum you get the weekly deals averages 20% savings.

Today my husband and I were running errands in the area and decided to stop here to purchase baby food and formula. It was quicker to make our purchase at self-check out, so we did just that. I am very dissatisfied that the store thought we needed to be "monitored" by 2 of its employees (a Black woman who was working in the area and a White male who got us the formula) as we scanned our items as others made their purchases around us without the extra scrutiny. As two professionals (who are also foster parents), we can appreciate that stores experience theft but it angers me that it appeared certain assumptions were made by these employees to watch over us.

I'm only giving this a 5 stars rating for the deli/meat department. Last week I went in there and the guy Omar was so nice and helpful. It's rare these days that people have patience with others. He was super nice! Thanks Omar!

If i could give this place a 0 i would. Horrible customer service, sonia was horrible she is so racist i saw how she treated people who were white, i asked her if the customer service was opened she looked at me rolled her eyes and walked away then came back looked at my mom and gave her a look as if my mother was dirty. She was so rude like i get that you had or are having a bad day but do not take it out on other people after she was done helping us i saw another person walk to customer service and sonia just walked away from her i felt so bad for that lady.

The last thing I wanted was to feel uncomfortable when I go to self checkout here. I came here today as I do almost every week and go to the self checkout like I always do, and halfway through checking myself out I noticed a worker lingering behind me. At first I figured okay it happens he’s just checking on me, but he didn’t stop and if anything he got closer and made me pretty uncomfortable. I got my receipt and waited on my girlfriend to pay for something. The worker, his name was Mark, was still there hovering over us. I asked him how he was doing and he responded with “did you get the dog food?” And I said yes. The two bags of dog food were the first things I scanned. I was more than ready to show my receipt but he said okay and finally let us breathe. I’ve been coming here for years now and I’ve never seen this man before, but I think he was very rude and unprofessional.

I'm sick and tired of your digital coupons have had too many issues. I see posts from many other people about the same thing. Have a sale or don't but when you've clicked all of them and you're told it's not in the system it's time to go to Smiths where I've never had a problem.

My dogs were completely out of food and I rushed over to grab it and much needed groceries. I come here almost every week and go to the self checkout like I always do, and halfway through checking myself out I noticed a worker lingering behind me. At first I figured okay it happens he's just checking on me, but he didn't stop and if anything he got closer and made me pretty uncomfortable. I got my receipt and waited on my girlfriend to pay for something. The worker, his name was Mark, was still there hovering over us. I was more than ready to show my receipt but he said okay and finally let us breathe. I've been coming here for years now and I've never seen this man before, but I think he was very rude and unprofessional. He could have initially asked for my receipt minutes before or even looked at what I had scanned in the screen, instead of hovering behind my girlfriend and I making us very uncomfortable. I feel like just because we look young and maybe looked a little rough, again we had just came out of work. We have a very vocal/educating/physical job. I felt I was being profiled and I have NEVER felt this way when I check myself out at Costco and drop $200-$600 each time. I've never gotten this treatment anywhere else either and MARK chose the wrong one. I am a manager at my job, and have never treated a customer as such.

Everyone was very nice and helpful! The store was clean, and I found everything I needed! Love it!
