Many employees especially the ones doing the curbside pick up don’t have simple manners or customer service. No excuse(when crossing in the isle) or friendliness in their demeanor. If I get ran into by one of them I’ll definitely be looking into legal action.

This is the worst Albertsons Las Vegas. First of all they close the doors 15 min before closing and act like door is malfunctioning. I’ve caught them doing this 10 plus times. Now bc they don’t know how to read a valid id they took 10 min trying to analyze an id I just used to get on a plane but can’t past their sniff text. Level of ignorance is beyond

I used to shop here every weekend because, in many ways, it's a good Albertsons. However, they are so opposed to having even one regular cashier lane open for the first couple of hours that they're open. It doesn't matter if you've got a cart absolutely packed with stuff -- you're going to be ringing it all up yourself, and the persnickety machines are going scold you and refuse to continue if you try to ring up a heavy item without fully removing it from your cart. The manager will bypass that for you once, but if it happens again, he'll ignore you. The final straw for me was when I came in late enough to have a cashier and she had to stop and make fun of most of the items I was purchasing. It was a truly bizarre experience. I switched to the Albertsons on Hualapai, which is by far the superior store, and never looked back.

I love shopping at Albertsons this past week 7/26/24 I purchase a watermelon at 7075 West Ann rd Las Vegas nv 89129, they need to check the watermelon the one that I purchase was not good I had to throw it away it was really bad thank you

Monday night was completing an Uber eats order for a customer & this is maybe my second time ever after being born and raised in Las Vegas ever even coming in this store and was “ racially profiled “ the manager followed me throughout the store the moment I walked in a short stalky Asian like man. He was on his radio ear piece acting as if he was shopping but due to my experience with having my degree in Criminal Justice and being a supervisor for a major Security company I knew he was a secret shopper. My issue was not only was I following an app in my phone to gather a customers order but not once did the manager ask if I needed help. Just followed throughout the whole store! On top of that I had to grab some tide pods and for some reason they were in the front of the store so the self check out lady was so rude ! She greeted all the other customers (white lady) and watched as I went to self check out like over my shoulder she watched me scan EVERY SINGLE item. I politely asked for a different type of Tide pods for the customer she rudely stated whatever you see over there is what we have! I’m like oh ok thanks for your assistance. I have NEVER stole from any store in my life & to be treated as such in Las Vegas knowing this is a second income doing Uber eats I WILL DEFINITELY be reaching out to corporate. On the behalf of the manager that was there Monday night before closing & also the self check out clerk that was so rude and greeted every other race except African American’s that came passed her. Definitely a discrimination lawsuit will be filed ! Smh 6/3/24 an hour before closing.

Use to be decent. When I asked one of the floor ladies if the deal had a limit, she rudely said good morning and said I don't know without even a glance. I walked up to the register, and the checkout lady told the lady across from her, "Am I invisible?" I didn't know she really wanted to check someone out. So, then I proceeded to put my items on the belt, thinking it would cause it to roll to her, and she tried to say under her breath, "Are you serious?" And pressed a simple button to get it to roll.
It's definitely the last time I come here. It is on the expensive side, but I didn't mind it because of their fast and courteous service.

You have to literally watch every price every time you shop here. They have a sign in the meat dept 5.99 / lb for rib eye and right under the sign, packages of rib eye. Get to the cashier and was charged 11.99/lb . This is EXACTLY why we only buy what we need here and do not do our weekly shopping here.

April 2024: produce section's gone down, ex. most of the tomatoes are way past OK. And, I got screwed AGAIN with a "sale" in frozen: hot pockets said 4 for $8. Got home & checked my receipt and the app. Each 2 pack is $4, so, wow, you get 4 individual hot pockets for $8, NOT how that used to work people!

This Albertsons was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I got what I needed and was able to check out quickly. They even had baskets where I feel like a lot of stores don't so I truly appreciate that. Cheers.
