Attention management, please address the customer service issues. Upon reading the comments this has been going on for a while. I don’t like writing negative reviews, this was our first time inside this Albertsons, and had a bad experience with I believe Aaliyah, in Bakery. Standing there with another lady for about 5 min an we were never acknowledged, finally I had to say excuse me can we get some help over here. She seemed displeased , she asked the other lady you need something a the customer just decided to walked away. I understand being busy but what I don’t understand stand is not providing simple customer service. On top of that she printed out the ticket wrong with a higher place hope that wasent done on purpose, so I had to go back for that . Please speak with your employees, on how to make interactions with customers smoother.

The store is always clean. But the service isn't good. I don't know what it is about Vegas that they feel like they don't have to give good customer service, but they need customer service training.

The staff were dutifully busy stocking shelves. Like worker bees they were. All but two. I didn't need assistance nor did I want to interrupt their hard work so I refrained from interactions. Instead I used the self check out. As much as I dislike doing a job they pay and/or paid people to do, I felt my three items wouldn't justify pulling the cashier from stocking the front end caps by the pay lanes. So I bit the bullet and worked for free. I didn't even earn a tiny discount either which is one of the contributing factors for the 4 stars that and there was some debris left in the middle of a grocery isle. No other items to be stocked the closest employee was at the other end apparently on a break using his phone and talking to someone who appeared to be in the meat department. I used to manage a couple grocery stores so i guess I'm a bit of a cruel task master when it comes to unauthorized breaks or being on your phone in uniform on the sales floor in front of customers while you still have work to do. Not only that but everyone else around the two were diligently performing their duties so it kind of struck a nerve with me. At least clean up the last of the trash in the floor before you decide you have time to lean and browse insta or whatever it was. Therefore 4 stars would have been 5 had the 2 guys been working at the time. Luckily I'm just some knucklehead posting a rating. As their boss I would have had a different type of convo resulting in possible ramifications in their immediate futures, Affecting their work hours, raises, and possibly if this was an ongoing issue perhaps a suspension and/or including termination. But I digress. I'm just some random dude out early in the morning buying Gatorade, protein powder, and a bottle of distilled water. I have no real authority. The only outlet I have is this rating. Be it good or bad, it is what it is.

They need to give their employees a raise or somthing.You can tell they hate working there.They are so disgruntled and slow.It is a reflection probally of being paid poverty wages.At least at Smiths the customer service line with two peoppe in it does not take 2hrs to wait.So absurb.

I’ve been shopping here forever since I was a little kid and today the little girl in the bakery. She was rude and had an attitude to every question I asked AFTER SHE MADE ME WAIT 30 minutes in the store.

Went in at 9:50 and they refused to help me saying they were closed and made me leave- I only needed a few baking ingredients for cookies. I ended up going to Walmart and they were super nice and respectful- not like the employee at Albertsons, the guy was rude and disrespectful at Albertsons!!!!

I had issues with my Albertsons rewards at self checkout, but a very nice Albertsons clerk named Laura was kind enough to help me out. Bless her and all the staff at this location. They are all good people! Thank you.

Compared to Smith's bakery.
The donuts and bagels don't even come close. I won't be going to three bakery again.

My friend and I stopped by Albersons to get some drinks and snack. It's like the store knows because right when you walk in, the alcohol are near the entrance and self checkout area but you can pay for alcohol at the self checkout. They keep the sodas like 3 aisle down so if you want the 12 pack cans, go to that aisle. The store wasn't busy when we came and we found everything that we wanted. We also got some chips and they had a couple of good deals if you buy multiple.

This store used to be decent but everything changed. Now I shop over here only if I have to. One time I brought electric scooters inside the store,went to the fridge to grab milk and eggs and came right back and someone stole my scooter. It was right under the camera but there’s no law in the world that can do anything about it. I thought I’d find some understanding but nothing happened except that they kind of (indirectly) talked me into no big deal stilling. Such a weird experience.
