Terrible experience I was shopping at this store today 9/18 around 3-4 pm not my usual choice but I was in the area . The guy working in the meat dept was so rude I didn’t get his name he didn’t have a name tag on he was a black man heavy set with braids his hair net didn’t cover any of his hair not sure why he bothered wearing one . I stood there for awhile as he walked around then walked past me then came back didn’t say I’ll be right with you just ignored me I guess hoping I walked away . when I continued standing there and he had to help me he looked at me and said what do you need ? I told him he threw the meat in a bag and stated that’s all I have ( it wasn’t the amount I needed ) & wrapped it up pretty much take it or leave it attitude . I said ok and he put it on the counter I said thanks and he ignored me and walked away . He removed his apron and I saw him walking out so I guess I interrupted him going home for the day . Albertsons this guy needs some customer services training ! Glad this is not my usual store

Crystal must be a manager at this location.. her caring and respectful nature reflects and radiates through her actions. She helped me right after closing, and my needs were HEARD and SEEN and even better, resolved. She didn't have to run back through many items of my receipt to help and consider me after doors were closed, but. she. did. I haven't felt that care from a grocery associate in any of my immediate memories. All the staff that work with her, I can tell, respect her and that radiates through the store.

This normally is such a nice grocery store but today it’s not they don’t have what they’re supposed to have. They were out of Prime meat which is the only reason why I go there. They don’t have any cashiers on shift to do it yourself so I’m not quite sure why you’re paying extra money. Just ring it up yourself? No choice!!!!! that’s ridiculous. There’s a line of five people waiting for one cashier but they keep announcing that they’re closing any moment and they get out of their store but no they’re not very helpful. Just want you to do it yourself so they don’t have to.

Dirtiest & worst customer service of all stores!! The couple of times I've been there I've noticed they treat people of color differently in a negative way!!

Stressful now to get groceries due to policy on sale items and self check out only at times , have been going there since it opened --Trader's Joe , Costco , Win Co , Sprout's in this area much better option's to go --no drama as it should be for getting groceries

Use the app and make grocery shopping way more fun! I earn points that generally save me 20% on my groceries every time. You can also use them for gas discounts. I actually love my local grocery store and I am not sure who can say that.

This is the Albertsons on 10250 W Charleston blvd.I'm here weekly if not more. I've had decent interactions with cashiers and more recently the new employees who are in the deli are very nice. 6 months ago the guys were way too crabby to be cutting meat for people but lately way more pleasant... Anyway, today I'm posting because of Christina. Christina the cashier... thanks to her I may drive to the other Albertsons bc I don't need to deal with that disgusting attitude again. She is the first cashier in the 3 years that I've been coming here that stated to me that she needed at least one of the 12 packs of soda when I mentioned I had coke on the bottom of my cart. Uhm- super freaking lazy!!! I have 2 slipped discs and bending down to grab soda to lift up is very painful. I merely stated I'm not bending down to get the soda... she then decided to slam her keys down, let out a large sigh, and grab her scanner to go scan the soda... and that just pissed me off enough to write this review. In the past, when my back didn't cause problems and I would offer to grab the soda...all the cashiers would say No, Please don't lift it I'll get it. But not Christina. She doesn't feel she should have to do this. Then to top off my experience - she decided to use an obnoxiously FAKE voice to tell me to have a good day. Lol... well, Good day to you Christina and I hope that you have a day filled with customers where you don't have to move much or God forbid bend over to help them out.

If you ever wondered who the nice older man in the parking lot is, who helps the elderly out and is always telling people to have a great night, his name is Kevin Scott. Every time I see him he is either helping someone or telling me to have a blessed night. He brings the small town feeling to this massive city, thank you for that.

I came in to price correct vitamins I bought that were supposed to be buy one get one free, but I was charged regular price for both. The line for customer service was long but it was moving. When I got to the counter I was greeted by the friendliest man ever! I believe he was a manager and I didn't catch his name but he was an older gentleman. We walked over to the vitamins together and he quickly fixed it for me and returned my money. I thought about how sweet he was for the rest of the day. Thank you for making a mundane task like refunding vitamins such a wholesome sweet encounter. The world needs more people like him.
