Worst customer service, i dont know where these reviews come from but i didn't even make it past the front desk. I would recommend this company hiring someone in the front desk that has better training on customer service skills . Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Karen and the team at AlphaGraphics Neon Gateway did an AMAZING job on some signage I needed for a recent event! They did a really good job restoring some old photos and a special shout out to Karen Aranda. She was professional, personable, and detail oriented to get every aspect that I wanted done right. Highly recommend!

I had what would be considered a small order. Emailed the files, received a great price. I want in a hurry but it was still ready in 3 days. Very good customer service and the quality was fantastic. I have another project I’ll be sending over in a week or so. Highly recommended.

I had a rush acrylic project I needed completed by EOD on a Friday. I messaged quite a few print shops in Las Vegas and they all told me the project would take a minimum of 3 business days to complete.
When I messaged Alpha Graphics they called me about 10 minutes later letting me know they could complete the job same day as requested.
The staff was professional, communicative and even stayed open a little later so that I could pick up my project.
I would recommend this specific print shop to all my friends and will definitely be back the next time I have a new print project big or small.

Needed some contour-cut vinyl logos for a tradeshow FAST. AlphaGraphics Neon Gateway has been my go-to for this situation because they ALWAYS come through for me in the clutch. Nate was out of office, not feeling well when I called, and he still managed to put me in touch with a colleague that made sure I had the finished product in hand in plenty of time to make FedEx. If you need quality work done, do not even hesitate to call this office. 5 stars!
