It offers plenty of parking and easy access to the highway, located in an area with lots of restaurants and shopping. The theater provides a range of AMC amenities, from spacious rocking seats to very comfortable luxury recliners, and is consistently noted for being clean. Premium offerings include IMAX, Dolby Cinema, and Prime at AMC. Using the AMC app is recommended for a streamlined experience, allowing customers to order food and pick the best seats ahead of time with no waiting in long lines. An express pass with the app and a bar for those 21 and older are available. However, experiences at the concession stand can be a gamble; workers are sometimes very short and rude, often skipping over the AMC priority lane. There are also occasional issues with the annual popcorn refill bucket. While some staff interactions are challenging, managers are typically pleasant, and exceptional, professional customer service that resolves problems beyond satisfaction has been noted from specific employees.
