My 9 month old was prescribed a nebulizer on Friday. Pediatrician said it “will be delivered tomorrow”, which was Saturday. Nebulizer never showed up. Sunday, still not here.I called the pediatrician on Monday to see where it is. They said that this company will not stock offices anymore because they don’t get paid right away, and they are now delivering, but they just never deliver the items. Great business practice. After calling Pediatrician, I called AA Medical office… 3 times. First time was, they were resubmitting the prescription to our secondary insurance, which I no longer have, in order to save us money since there was a co pay on the primary. But said ‘it will be delivered today’ Monday 11/14.They called me back in the afternoon, to let me know they couldn’t verify my insurance, and then while in the phone it magically verified. I paid my copay, of $6, which is how much they were trying to save me, instead of sending my infant his breathing machine. After I paid, they said again it will be delivered today Monday 11/14.Late afternoon comes around, 4;30, still no nebulizer. Called again, lady puts me on hold, comes back to say she talked to the manager of delivery, and he said it was out on the truck for delivery. She told me she requested the driver call me with an ETA, and drivers deliver until truck is empty. No call, no nebulizer by the time my infant went to bed.Now Tuesday morning, and I have to wait until 9 am to call and ask where my kids nebulizer is. Will probably just go and pick up myself. In my opinion, any pediatric office that is contracted with this company, needs to find a company that will actually deliver medical devices to infants when they need it. Not play games with a babies health.

I went to pickup my equipment and I worked with Hugo who was very knowledgeable and through with usage and cleaning of equipment. Made sure everything was configured for me and was pretty painless. Getting an appointment was kind of a pain but I cant really fault them for that.

I give this business 1 star only because 0 star is not available.SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION AND JUST DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE TREATED RUDELY, THEN THIS PLACE IS PERFECT.I had to make multiple phone calls to this company to even speak to someone. I left several messages with no reply. When I finally did speak to them, they told me they had to check my insurance first and they would call me back. After several weeks I had not heard back, so I began the process of calling over and over to try to reach them.I finally go through to them on the phone and made an appointment. On the day of my appointment, I walk in and sign the sheet, as the signs instructed. After a few minutes a girl comes to the waiting area and says "what are you here for", I said, "I was told to be here at 10 a.m.", she replies, "do you have an appointment?", I said, "yes, at 10 a.m.", she asked my name and then left and went back to her cubical.A minute later she walks out and in a very uncourteous manner says, "you need to pay x # of $$'s", I reply with, "can you key in the number because I don't have the card with me?", she says, yes and walks back into her cubical and never comes back out. She started making phone calls (all the people in the office were on the phone), so I waited, but she never came back out.I ask another lady if I should go back to her cubical and she said, "No, what do you need", I said, "to pay", which she responded with this amazed and snarky look on her face saying, "well she is on the phone" with sarcasm and dismay, as if I was the rudest person she had ever met.I was stunned for a moment and then realized I am going to have to deal with these people for the rest of my life for supplies for this dumb CPAP Machine! Do I really want to come back to this office ever again and deal with these rude and unprofessional people? The answer was NO, I do not, so I told her, "never mind, I don't want to do business with this company", and then I left.I don't know what is going on with this world and the really bad customer service but based on all the terrible reviews and my personal experience with this company I would recommend NOT using this company. Go someplace without a bunch of rude witches in the office.

I have been trying to speak with a live person for almost 1 hour. After finally waiting for 45 minutes someone picks up the phone and puts it right back on hold. We literally go through constant headaches with this company every week from confirming eta on delivery to even getting anyone in the office to answer the phones. Im calling Dr. now to find another medical supply company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I have never seen, heard, or dealt with a business such as this. I was prescribed a CPAP machine right before Christmas. Due to the shipping delays because of covid, my actual pickup date for the machine was not until February 4th. Totally understandable I do not hold them accountable for that- however; I just received a denial letter in the mail from my insurance company stating that they never gave authorization or approval for said machine. The authorization request for them to give me a CPAP machine was sent over on February 10th. 6 days after I picked up the machine. How do you allow a client/patient to walk out of your building with a machine that costs over $1,200 with all of the gizmos, gadgets, and instructions on how to use it; yet you don't bother to check if the insurance company is willing to pay for it. The nightmare I'm experiencing now with my insurance company? They are calling me pretty much daily. Explaining to me that they have not authorized this, and that I need to return the machine. That there is a rental fee associated with the machine because there's some magic towers in the sky that the machine uses so it doesn't use my internet. Of course following that up with I'm responsible for payment. Which I know I'm not. I know that if this does turn out to be a fact of they screwed up, they have to eat the bill. But it's just the point.

I have called the numerous times and they keep emailing different Dept. My knee brace should be under warranty and I got it end of February 2021. It bike a month and a half ago and no one helps. They told me they would have the manager call me back in charge of it. Also they told me they would send it to the company that delivers them and they purchase them from. I am desperate now and am trying to find another company that carries them. At this point I am just going to pay for it myself since insurance only covers it every few years. If you need to order something and you have the choice go somewhere else.

If you have the option of choosing between the two locations, I would highly suggest going to the other one. The person who fitted me for my CPAP was rude and not fully aware of how to communicate effectively. After clearing things up with my insurance and the other AA Medical location, I was definitely fed misinformation.I came here in the middle of my workday and I had to take a quick glance at my phone because it happened to go off several times in my pocket (on vibrate). She was quick to snap at me and remind me this was "HER time." After being in a bit of shock that I was just spoken to like a child, I had to remind this lady that this was my time as well. Lady, if you read this, remember that the world does not revolve around you. I think her name was Christine.Besides the rudeness, their equipment selection is really lacking. She'll tell you they don't stock them all, then she'll make you choose one and try it on. In my case, I wasn't happy with the one I choose, so I immediately wanted to try something else. After I told her, she tells me that I only get one exchange every 30 days. That is complete BS. How the hell does that even make sense? I have 30 days to get compliant, which means I need to be able to try different things in order to find what works for me.I went to their other location on the north side of town, and they were able to get me going. Apparently, you can switch out your mask as much as you like until you find one that works.Seriously, avoid this location unless you like terrible experiences.
