I'm not one to write reviews but today my husband and I were very happy to see the kindness from this location's employee, Stone. He was very kind and took care of my hubby and I to make sure my husband found a pair of jeans on sale that worked for him. We really appreciated his service and kindness to us a d he should be acknowledged for his work! Thank you Stone!

On December 03, 2023, I visited the American Eagle store located in Downtown Summerlin, Las Vegas, Nevada, between 2:00 p.m. and 2:40 p.m. During this time, the store was moderately busy with several customers browsing through the clothing racks. Regrettably, the entire shopping experience was extremely dissatisfying, leaving me feeling frustrated and unhappy. Despite previously having a good experience at this location, on this occasion, I was disappointed with the poor customer service I received from the staff, particularly from the mixed-race Caucasian/Hispanic Sales Associate or Manager. He was a middle-aged individual with a bald head and attired in a black American Eagle polo shirt with khaki pants. The unacceptable and impolite behavior of this particular staff member, considering his managerial position, was concerning. He exhibited extreme discourtesy, disrespect, and demonstrated no appreciation for my patronage. Upon entering the store, he was standing behind the cash register, engrossed in his phone, and did not even bother to acknowledge me or any other customers who entered. He did not smile, make eye contact, or inquire about our rewards cards. When I approached him to ask for assistance in finding a pair of jeans, he let out an audible sigh and reluctantly walked over to the men's section. He did not inquire about my preferences regarding size or style, and instead indifferently gestured towards a rack of jeans, stating "they are all over there." Afterward, he quickly walked away without another word, leaving me feeling perplexed and exasperated. Additionally, I observed that he was equally rude to other customers, and even went on to boast about being the boss in an audacious and loud manner. He never apologized for his errors or took responsibility for his actions, but instead blamed the customers for being "too picky" or "not knowing what they want." As a loyal customer who has been patronizing the store for years, and whose entire collection of jeans is from American Eagle, I was surprised that he did not recognize my loyalty or even attempt to make my shopping experience pleasant. I expected him to be knowledgeable about the products and offer helpful suggestions and advice. Instead, he appeared disinterested and unenthusiastic about his job. As a manager, he should have been a model of excellent customer service, providing a welcoming and friendly shopping experience at all times. Unfortunately, he failed to do so. He should have spoken to me respectfully, with a polite tone, and thanked me for my business. He should also have worn his name tag, as it is a representation of the company as a whole. His unprofessional behavior was disappointing, and it is concerning that a manager with such a poor attitude was allowed to represent the American Eagle brand. Located in Downtown Summerlin next to H&M. Parking at backside of building.The three times we have visited here we have always had great service from the team her. The are always happy to help us and are very friendly. My girlfriend and I are luxury Retailers so we know good service when we experience it.We both came out with purchases! ?

Used to love this place. Things have changed a lot since the pandemic. Last few times I've come here, the employees are just minding their own business. They just completely ignore you. Just a waste of time to come here. They don't even have much merchandise anyway. Better stick to shopping online.

Tory was absolutely incredible and we enjoyed her so much. We can in to do an exchange in some jeans and she sat with us for quite some time and made sure we got exactly what we needed. Her energy was amazing, we absolutely loved her!
