I was greeted by a young man very welcoming, my cashier Angie and Ezequiel very friendly and helpful. Ashley on the other hand was behind the register area, my husband and I were looking at the Montana silversmith display needing help and she looked at me looking at her and she walked away pretending to “arrange” some shirts and walked towards front of store.Never had this issue before at these stores but I guess there’s a first time for everything… we are Hispanic.

This location has nothing for kids/boys. Great for men and women but not kiddos.

They have great shoes but a prices are average. Their warranty ends the second you wear the shoes.

Came in to boot barn today to get some new work boots and had the pleasure of working with Mary. She was extremely helpful and willing to find boots that were my style. She provided that old school Las Vegas customer service that I do appreciate greatly. Great job Mary. 10 out of 10.

Customer service was horrible lady gave me a disgusting face when I tried to return my boots that were too tight. And the guy next to her gave me attitude.
