Wow...great service!! First time I have been here too. I drove up and Adrian was there to greet me, answer questions and make suggestions. He was so patient and kind. Based upon my needs, he suggested the $25.00 package. I got a wash and rain guard via the automated side, then I had 2 great people (Shawn and Alexia) who did everything else. Hand clean all windows, license plate, wheels/hubs, mirrors, dash areas, cup holders, removed floor mats and vacuumed those and entire inside of car, including my hatchback area. All of this was completed in less than an hour and in 96 degrees outside. Superior job team!! I will definitely be back.

Big shout out to Cody and West!! You need to keep these guys around! They made my car look so clean! Super impressed! If you see this, make sure you have them do you car! Every time I come these guys are great!! I honestly don't take my car anywhere else. Some of the best customer service I've experienced, love coming here. Thanks again guys!!

These guys are out here in the Vegas summer each making sure that our cars. They do a great job. My hat's off to them will definitely be coming back here.

Every time I come here, the place is fantastic. I wish their hours were longer but it's the only place that reliably and inexpensively does the interior with a hand wash. The crew is amazing.

I've been going here for years to get gas. Its been years since I've bought hot food from them though. I remembered how good the food was and decided to try it again. The whole menu has changed to only chicken and a few sides. I stopped by around noon today for a personal box meal. It was fine, they didn't give me my honey mustard, but no big deal. I had leftovers and my son tried it and urged me to take him there for more. Went back ordered the family meal. 12 pc, wedges, 6 biscuits and purchased an additional large side of red beans and rice. Gave my daughter the receipt to pick it up as I went to the restroom. Say our goodbyes to Dylan (cashier, who was very pleasant)and left. Get home, pull out the plates, find out there's food missing. Ask the kids did you leave it in the car? Check the car, no bag. I got 2 out of the 4 things that I bought. Immediately drive back to inform them of the missing food. Then the RIDICULOUSNESS starts!! No apology, but was accused of receiving the food and that I waited an hour before coming back, which according to the receipt was FALSE!! It was actually 20 mins. Still no apology. Asked how long will it be for my food? The wedges are done, 10 mins for the biscuits. "Just give me the wedges and I won't be back". Instead of an apology, and wasting my time, I get an attitude about it being an honest mistake, (which is what I addressed when I 1st walked in the door). Accountability today is out the window and pride is all I see. If you're wrong, you're wrong. Admit it and move on. It's not my fault that pride keeps you(Sonia) in denial and shifting blame on the innocent. You get paid to do a job, so do it right. It's not rocket science after all. Point is, incompetence is growing and good customer service is becoming non-existent. Sorry for the long post.

On Sunday, 01/28/2024, I was in need of a car wash in a hurry. I was attending a work event early the next morning. I googled car wash in my area, and America’s Car Care was open until 5pm. Being that it was 4pm on a Sunday, it was slim pickings. So, I called them first and asked a female cashier who answered the phone if this was a full service car wash and she told me yes it was. Upon, arriving at the car wash a guy (which I found out later was the manager) hurried out to the self service machine and stated the full service was closed early for the day (it was 4:12pm.) Okay, so I bought the best exterior wash they have. As I go through the washing process another car pulls in the line behind me. My wash was finish and time to dry if off, the young guy did it in less than two minutes! I pointed out several spots he missed and he attempted to fix them! I was getting frustra so I tipped him and pulled in a parking spot at the store area and got out to look at my car. OMG! I was so disappointed! My car was dripping water from EVERYWHERE! As I went over to address the manager regarding my issues, I saw the car that was behind me receiving a FULL SERVICE WASH, after I was told they weren’t doing anymore for the day! Now, I’m livid, so I walk over to the manager and ask him for a towel. He was busy drying another car so he couldn’t be bothered with me, so he gave me a towel and kept on doing what he felt was more important than little ole’ me! I dried my car off and it took me 15 minutes to do something I paid them to do! After I finished and returned the towel I expressed my frustrations to the manager and he couldn’t care less! PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT QUALITY, HONESTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
