They lady working on Sunday this morning was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. From asking if you need a receipt and not ringing it up just giving you change and getting mad when asking. The worst AmPm in Las Vegas. Great job you lost my 140 dollars of gas a week.

I came to the to use the restroom and fill up my car. I asked the cashier where is the bathroom, she reply back third door straight down i asked again where’s the third door, and she look and me and yelling at me the bathroom is at the third door and I’m like where is the third door.
Secondly, after i used the bathroom straight back to the cashier for my car fill up. Her action and her customer service is weird and I am not satisfied about it. I asked about my reward and she told me she didn’t even know anythings about the app rewards. She yelling at me second time to hit this button and her face is look like not in the mood.
Third, I came back to the asking for her name and end up she called the store manager or whoever she called. The guy was on the phone not even understand the situation going on. He just told me over the phone just go use the bathroom and leave but not solving the problem.
The store is good everything is clean but the worker is not doing their jobs to helps and serve customers with cares.

Very unfriendly young male cashier working, not cordial nor extending thankfulness to customers. Does not seem happy at all or thankful to have a job... ?

You change the time you close for shift change everyday; sometimes 11, sometimes 1 or 2 and stay closed for an hour. Shift change shouldn't take that long.

After two failed Uber Eats attempts to receive my correct order, I am giving up on this location. My last order was for two (2) fountain drinks and a slurpee (frazzle).I got a Gatoraid and a redbull. Save yourself from disappointment. Order from 7-11 instead.

People of color DO NOT PATRONIZED THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! Tonight, 04/25/21 around 8:30 pm, I was thirsty, so I decided to stop here and have my granddaughter purchase me something to drink. My granddaughter and two grandson's entered the store and as they entered the store. The cashier said with his hands raised in the air "don't rob me". My granddaughter looked at him in and said "what" while being in disbelief to what she had just heard. After saying "what" then he lowered his hands and said "just kidding". Immediately after purchasing the beverages, they exited the store. Once inside the car. My grandchildren begin to express in angry and sadness to what had just occurred. I exit my vehicle and entered the store. I waited patiently, as he was assisting another customer. Once finished. I asked for a manager and he said no manger was present. I then begin to question him to what my grandkids had just informed me of. He attempted to apologize saying he was sorry and added other things like "Black Lives Do Matter". Because my 6yrs old and 11 yrs old grandson's was wearing black hoodies with sponge bob on the front, and granddaughter with a black jacket and all being African Americans, he definitely racially profile them and made this to be racist. He never said anything to the customers who entered the store after my grandchildren. I will be speaking with the manager regarding this matter. This is an establishment that will never obtain monies from me, family, friends and co-workers. When is enough is enough of this type of behavior. The last time I looked. All monies spend the same. I would have giving a no stars but unfortunately it causes for a star in order to place your comment.

Worst gas station I've ever been to. I walked in today, the cashier was yelling at a customer back and forth. The staff overall was very disrespectful. I asked if I could use the restroom twice and the cashier just looked at me with attitude. Still didn't get any response. Very rude. Something needs to change!

That new guy you guys hired with all the tattoos is a riot! Everytime i go in he gives a good laugh and great customer service! Definitely a good hire and i hope that he stays awhile! He made me a regular customer. I live on the east side and this is the only gas station i legitimately enjoy coming to! Always clean and friendly! 5 stars from me!
