  Thankfully this isn’t my home ampm anymore since I moved down the street closer to the one off of warm springs. Stopped by get a coffee and the new kids they got working in there are horrible. I don’t have the app installed anymore, but I have it added to my wallet and the new kid in the glasses wouldn’t accept my ampm barcode from my wallet. Sir, I use the barcode from my wallet everyday at warmsprings location and they accept it with a smile. Buying a coffee one time without my app is fine, but it’s the fact he kept saying “no” and refused to scan it is annoying.
  
  The little Mexican lady who works in the morning/early afternoons is a delight. I forget her name but she’s the sweetest. Only good thing about tjay location lol.

  This use to be my favorite place. But they are really bad about keeping up with their promotions and not honoring the prices they have posted. I’ve even seen a manager arguing with a customer in front of me over a large fountain drink. It was so uncomfortable. Then today they have the fruit snacks advertised for $2 and they charged me full price. So the cashier wastes my time to go check the price to see if I’m right. So I am right, and then she asks the manager in the back and then the cashier comes back and says sorry, but it’s a promotion from last month so we can’t give it to you at that price. They could have honored it, they could have just given me two. I’m guessing that since their prices are always wrong and the manager sits in the back that this is why things don’t get done and they don’t care about customer satisfaction. I hope they don’t respond with “please call us” like all the other reviews with no real accountability in their response. Because I won’t call. It would be a total waste of time when they could have just fixed the simple problem when I’m there. No thanks, I can take my money and family of 6 elsewhere. So they just lost my gas, my gambling, my car washes, and the expensive trips for four children over their laziness.

  This is the CLEANEST AMPM in Las Vegas. The Manager and staff take pride in what they do. Fresh baked cookies, fresh hot food cooked, beautiful decorations, ice cold drinks and fresh brewed Hot coffee. Make this your goto store if you are in the neighborhood!

  It was 111° and hot today. Went inside and asked the Hawaiian lady if I could fill my bottle up with fountain water. She said it will be 75 cents... Nasty

  I love AMPM but this location is horrible. Its trash. The workers are miserable, they close the restrooms at 6 pm even though you have you beg for the key anyway. There are about 15 big hastily printed and taped up obnoxious "no backpack" signs. Throughout the store. A huge sign on the soda machine explaining how ice is not free... floors are dirty. There are some areas of where I might expect this but not here. The Maverick up the street is more expensive but that's where I went. I won't ever patronize this trashy store with a trashy franchise owner who thinks that this is an acceptable way to run a store. Gross.

  This location is horrible !! They promote the app but then when you use the rewards they are only selective. I had a $3 breakfast meal deal and the cashier told me that my phone was the reason why her register doesn’t recognize the reward. What a joke !!

  I enjoy coming here very friendly atmosphere. The place is always clean they're always nice. We always have fresh pastries back from their own oven in the morning and greet you with a smile. I highly recommend this Arco ampm for the customer service and the cleanliness of the store.

  Has good priced gas! Really dislike having to spend an additional .35 cents for any card purchases----- really dislike! Other than that they have a good tea, coffee, and snack selection.
