I would like to say a special thank you to the amazing woman who helped me at the registers, Deanae (I apologize for the misspelling). I went in on Tuesday December 16th. She was so sweet, bubbly and welcoming. She helped me sign up to receive rewards. She was so approachable and kind. I give all my thanks to her.

I went looking for special ornaments and I received great help from an associate. The items are pricey in my opinion but don't mind when I'm looking for something special.

Very friendly and helpful. I am disappointed that with the change from Amy’s Hallmark to Gretchen’s hallmark came the cheapening to plastic bags. The bags are not recyclable and do not hold as much. I’m a person with disabilities and the handles on the paper bags adjust with my cane and for my service dog to carry.
