Very rude and aggressive attitude when I have questions about ongoing promotion on my purchase. They didn't try to understand my questions and just insisted saying I am wrong which they didn't clarify the promotion detail (like what are excluded from the promotion)from the beginning. I feel they also judge by look and what kind of clothes you wearing too to decide what kind of service they will give to you. Not a good experience at all! I agree with another reviewer, the staffs at loft Ann Taylor miracle shop are much nicer and I felt welcomed there.

Went to return an item purchased online. Ended up exchanging it for something else. I can't say enough nice things about the sales associate named Rose. She was friendly, attentive and caring. She checked my account and found a birthday certificate as well as a rewards certificate. The return that turned into an exchange for something a little more expensive ended costing me $5! Thank you Rose.

The Ann Taylor store is beautiful - yet not one time but two different times I shopped there the employees inside looked at me, and spoke to me as if I was lost & I didn't let them stop me from buying anything. My best advice to Ann Taylor store employees across the country is that they should treat people with respect and kindness along with proper professionalism as well. It is an issue I feel the corporate office should handle, and take immediate action on. I don't go to Ann Taylor often. I'm a positive individual & Ann Taylor should hire people who are going to be a significant asset to the company. Not make the Ann Taylor company look bad.

I come here to return my online purchases & am never treated very kindly, the associates act snooty.. Someone said its because they don't like taking online returns, but. Why should that matter to them?) I'm a good customer, I buy a lot from Ann Taylor, so, why get cranky when I return something that doesn't work?I Much prefer the associates at Ann Taylor loft at the Miracle mile shops, they are kind & helpful & don't hover when I tell them I don't need help browsing.

This store is the worst Ann Taylor ever! The staff is never helpful. Anytime I go there with a return there is always some reason why my return cannot be honored. They have extremely poor customer service skills. Left to me alone this store should be closed down or staff fired!!

I am thankful for the owner of this store. We came down to Vegas for a visit and they have loved and gave us some good deals and a free souvenirs for our way back! Thank you papa and Ma for your kindly heart. I’ll visit you guys again soon

The raison I’m giving 1star went to the store purchase dress medium and you can not try because of the Covid i know that took it home didn’t fit exchange it with different size the comments from the manager oh you try it how come it doesn’t fit well I try it over my dress you can not picture something fit if you don’t try it in the fitting room I was very mad the other ladies order one for me on line
