Horrible service, how you look is how they treat u.
Today I spend almost 5k in this store today buying stuff, since the first step the customer service was horrible, so disrespectful, looking at you like you’re something out of this planet, I was so disappointed and shocked because was the first time Apple Store had this type of person working
I got 2 little kids while we were waiting they need to go pee, we ask for restrooms because in the past they allow us to use the restrooms well guess what today was a big NO that there’s no public restroom here with horrible attitude and I didn’t even know why. This was mas favorite Apple Store because I only use apple products in my business, but definitely I’m going to take my business somewhere else. We don’t need this type of treat.

Customer service is poor and employees generally seem understaffed, overworked, and irritable. It’s giving DMV, not what I have come to expect from Apple.

I was there for repair of a 10th generation Apple Tablet. I was told needed an appointment. I don't have AppleCare so it would b about $250.00. The associate advised I should spend $100.00 more and purchase a new 11th generation tablet. Which I cannot afford at this time. So I cannot even repair it. The screen is not broken but the components behind the screen are showing horizontal and vertical lines from a hit with a water cup. They were very busy but were able to help me with my questions.

ive been an apple user for decades and i always change for the new oncoming apple products, same with my family, we all have the entire Apple ecosystem, we usually go to Apple Fashion Show but for stock reasons we had to come here to Apple Town Square. I’ve to say the least that the experience was horrible, the lady that attended us had the worst attitude ever, she didn’t even want to give us a bag after we just purchased a 17 pro max phone a case and a screen protector, we had to ask her for one. when she finished the purchase she just said “that’s it.” as telling us to leave. ever since the beginning she was very rude and cold to us, we felt very unwelcome and mistreated, there was another young girl that helped me with a return of a phone strap and she was the sweetest, i wish she was the one that attended us the whole time. we left the store with a very bad vibe from the attention, and i will most definetly never be back here even if there’s no stock of what i want. yall should be more careful with the type of staff in the store.
Not to mention i called before doing my reservation of my phone to THIS EXACT STORE and they told me my trade in could be done at the store with no troubles, for my suspense when i arrive they told me no?? when they told me yes before and now i have to wait for a box to arrive home for the trade in? unprofessional say the least, no solutions given just deal with it when it was their ow mistake and fault. unbelievable. never again.

Eric & Isabel were the best! Even the store was absolute chaos they were always very patient with every customer around, handled with absolute professionalism each situation and made everyone on the line felt well attended. I highly recommend this store and hope to do my next purchase here soon!

Buyer beware! I have tried to reach this location at least a hundred times! No one answers! They fraudulently put a an unauthorized users phone into payments on my carrier account without my permission or even verifying my account! After speaking to my carrier they assured me that somebody did something wrong at Apple and bypass the rules! I can't get through to them to even speak to a manager or find out who did this! I am seeking legal advice now! It's crazy I don't even live in that state! I wonder how many more people they are doing this to and then they don't answer their phones!

I'm a 25+ year customer of AT&T and was just treated awful by Joshua at the Town Square location in Las Vegas. I needed to know how to get Enhanced Security enabled. He tried to grab my phone to change settings and when I pushed back he literally REFUSED to help us. He wanted me to apologize to him for not letting him hold my phone (and change settings). Later I found out it was because he didn't know the answer to our questions and had to look around my phone to try to find the setting. I have a video documenting this whole ordeal which I plan on sharing on social media within the next few minutes. I do not think I've ever been treated this badly. This guy should be trained immediately on your services and how to behave in a professional manner.
