The Best Apple Store Yet….,, Their customer service is impeccable and the wait time is unbelievably short rather you have an appointment or not!

Good selection of higher end spec inventory. I got lucky both times and snagged parking right in front of the store, so, it is possible. ? Staff was great as well.

I walked into the Apple Store in a very busy night before the holidays, and the kindest Apple rep named Evan helped me with my phone. I thought I cracked my phone face when he quickly discovered it was just the cover. We both laughed at my silly misunderstanding as he replaced my cover and I was on my way! Evan made my day, it was the best experience I’ve ever had at Apple! THANKS EVAN???

On Nov. 12th, I was in Las Vegas for a business trip and made a quick stop at the Apple Town Square store to buy an iPhone 15 Pro Black 128Gb.Upon returning home from the trip, I opened the product box for the first time and was surprised to see a different iPhone model, completely cracked and broken on the front and back. I'm not sure if it's the iPhone 13 or 14 (can't tell the difference). The box contained no cables inside and instead came with sharp, metal stylus blades attached to it.I immediately contacted Apple support to report the case. After several contacts providing them with all the information they were asking, Apple support then asked me for the digital invoice, which is normally sent by email.Unfortunately, at the time of purchase, the Apple Town Square only printed the receipt and did not send me the invoice.I was then asked to contact the Apple Town Square store to request the invoice be sent.Since then, I have been making calls to the store, but I have not been answered. The calls get redirected to the call center, where the customer service agents say they are unable to send me the invoice because the purchase was made entirely through the physical store. They try to contact the store themselves, but they can't speak to anyone there either. The call center agents suggested I contact the store through e-mail. I've sent several e-mails, but I did not receive a response there either. It's been over a week, and I was not able to contact the store and solve my issue.

First time ever having to go to the Apple Store. It was packed, but a gentleman was able to quickly assist me. He was very friendly and knew exactly how to help me.

This review is geared toward those using appreciation or student discounts. Also, This review gets an extra star because the employees are stellar. They are certainly busy but they’re always looking for someone to help. Theyre knowledgable and they make you feel like your time is valued. That said, this negative review is aimed at the flawed, unrewarding, and frustrating purchase experience. Off the bat, im grateful that Apple does a military appreciation discount. Im sort of locked into apple so i would reluctantly buy from them even without the discount but they certainly make you work for it and it really ruins the experience. We did not know this when we walked in as a brief google search did not reveal it but, Apple only honors the discount online so when i walked into this store so that my wife could pick one out for her birthday, it turned a very hopeful and exciting afternoon into one that was frustrating and inconvenient. The other problem i faced was checking out on my phone while using data and connected to the store’s wifi. I was still able to check out with the help of an associate and a desktop presumably connected via ethernet but i only had an option for a delivery 14 days out and a mail-in trade in which i am very skeptical of. All in all i ended up spending an hour in store and walked out with an iou from apple and a no-trade-in-value-guarantee for my wife’s iphone 11 pro (the phone was appraised by an associate for 236$ w/o trade in but since we ordered online thats basically null and we have to wait for an offical appraisal once sent in with the kit). The whole experience was tedious going through the same pages over and over again, full of compromise as we had to always pick an option that was the lesser of two evils, and uncomfortable as it always felt like we were in someone’s way standing in the walkway. Final thought, we would have ordered from home but i really wanted my wife to be able to see and feel the product and to walk out of the store with one. I get that the appreciation discount is just that, appreciation, but the buying experience really takes the premium feeling out of the apple experience. TLDR: apple doesnt do military in store. Best case scenario, take a look in store sleep on it and order online for pick up.

Having been here several times now I feel comfortable reviewing this location.Immediately upon entry someone will greet you and send you in the right direction. Staff is very friendly and seem to support each other well, whether you are there to make a purchase or just check out new products. For every step of the way, may it be browsing, purchasing, or tech support my experience here has been phenomenal. I even learned about Apple business options and how that can benefit our company. Unfortunately they do not offer any of the more interesting trainings, just basic get-to-know-your-device ones. I have attended 2 and learned A LOT.Obviously on weekends it's busy, you'll find plenty customers from around the world and several languages are spoken by staff.Compared to my experiences in other Apple stores around the county this one stands out as one of the best!!

I went to the Apple store. It was a zoo. About 100 people and noisy as you might imagine. Had to park 2 blocks away. The wildly popular products sold by Apple are presumably the cause for the crowd size.I don't share this product enthusiasm.

So yesterday 9/30 I take my phone in because the battery keeps turning the phone on and off, cant connect to wifi or bluetooth. Keep in mind this is right after I go there to just get my back glass replaced about 5 weeks ago (no mechanical issues before this repair) . So instead of giving me a repair they give me this phone that looks like a monkey was using the phone as a replacement for sandpaper. Insanely deceitful and disrespectful business practices. I didn't have the time to argue with them because I had to get back to work, but that does not change the fact I had a pristine phone screen before the repair, and after it is loaded with scratches . They try to make it seem like you are always at fault for their own failures/outright deceitfulness. Take my advice and just get a loaner through your carrier while it is getting repaired. This place only wants to make sure you have to come back and maybe spend an extra $50-500. Spend your money elsewhere. BAD BAD BAD

Their customer service left much to be desired.. Especially dude named Clayton (chubby white guy). Apple needs to hire people that will actually be kind and helpful to customers. I bought a iPhone 15 come to find out it didn’t have a SIM card went back to get one that did have SIM card slots, he said they don’t come with SIM card slots in a rude manner. This dudes attitude, rudeness and lack of customer service really put me off. Totally felt discriminated against. I decided and requested to return the phone and didn’t want to deal with the whole thing. Go home if you don’t want to work. Nobody wants that energy.Editing this to provide more detail.Alberto was great. The only reason I’m not giving them a 1 star is because Alberto was quick to help with the initial purchase. I didn’t need to wait. If you have to go here look for Alberto, not the fat white guy.

Store does not accept calls from Apple support which seems so cheap of Apple considering customers are paying thousands of dollars for your products. Drove half an hour, scheduled a 2 hour wait to speak with a Genius Bar rep who finally divulged a turn around time that was not favorable. I shouldn’t have to go through all this to get a turn around time on a repair. It’s bc Apple is cheap and wants to get you in store/desperate for a new product. Bad businesses practices!Better watch out or another class action lawsuit is coming your way.
