I arrived at the store and was assisted by Serena, who welcomed me with incredible calmness and patience. I speak Portuguese and just a little English, but she was so attentive and understanding, doing her best to make our communication easy we used a translator, and everything went perfectly!
Her service was so sincere and thoughtful that I ended up choosing a different product model, simply because of the trust she inspired.
I mentioned that I'm from Brazil, and it was so nice to see how kind and interested she was about my country.
Congratulations, Apple, for having people like

I just must start off by saying this staff was absolutely amazing. I have been in customer service for over 13 years and the way that this store is run is simply amazing. Everyone was super helpful, personable and honest. I appreciate how they worked with me to give me additional knowledge about my current phone, worked to get my screen fixed in a time crunch and even tried to help upgrade me. I usually go through my carrier when upgrading my phone but I will no longer do that I am coming to this store! S/O to NICK, TED, CHRISTIAN (MCP) THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Keep them!!!!

Ordered a phone for pickup. I am not very knowledgeable about how to set it up. And I told them that. I was basically told to set my phone up by myself even after asking for help.

Expect long waits with zero direction from the service staff. Kept being pushed from one staff to another. By the time I reached my order it was a good 20-30 mins wait.

All staffs are so friendly and helpful! A big Thank you especially to Stephanie for answering all my questions and giving me tips. I managed to reserve 17pro that was low on stock and also got the pro max while waiting. I got super lucky but it’s all thanks to Stephanie and other staffs who were so proactive in helping me out.

I am very happy about my experience today! After going from store to store in Los Angeles trying to get a reasonable appointment time, I arrived in Vegas and started my morning at the store in Fashion Mall without an appointment. Not only did they open a few minutes early, I was immediately helped and the support staff helped me out quickly and Joseph was kind and very knowledgeable. My Mac is now up and running and I bought a new cord at an affordable rate and learned the difference between the third party cords and the sheet some cuts. I was even able to charge my Mac with a fast charger while I prepped for my trip back to Los Angeles. All done in less than 30 minutes. Thanks Apple.

Amazing service! Nick was the most lovely person and very helpful with the iPhone 17 pre-order. He spent 30min trying to find a solution for us as French tourists to pre-order the phone and managed to do so! Thanks a lot and see you next time! If you visit the store ask for Nick 😉🔥

I visited your store last week because my phone is falling apart, and I was hoping it could be repaired. Unfortunately, I was told the damage was beyond repair and that I would need a replacement. I was assured that a new phone would be ordered and that I would receive a call once it arrived.
It’s now been a week, and I haven’t received any updates. Even more concerning, there’s no record on my end showing that the order was ever placed. I spent my lunch break waiting nearly 30 minutes for assistance, only to be left without a resolution, follow-up, or documentation of my visit. This experience has been both frustrating and disappointing
